Questions related to L.L.M

Have a question related to L.L.M ?

HEY THERE!!!

  1. Yes, you can apply for an LLM again even though you already have your first LLM from Gujarat University in 2019. The general Indian eligibility criteria for admissions in LLM demand that the candidates must possess an LLB degree (either 3-year or 5-year) from a recognized university. There is no criteria stating that a candidate cannot apply for another LLM after already possessing an LLM degree.
  2. But the acceptance into a second LLM is subject to the individual university's policy as well as the entry requirements for their own LLM course. It is not that the majority of universities and entrance exams (such as CLAT PG, AILET, etc.) preclude candidates with an already existing LLM from applying provided you are eligible on the usual grounds (such as an LLB with a minimum percentage as required by the institution).
  3. If you want to specialize in another subject of law or earn an LLM from another institution, you are free to apply. Make sure to verify the comprehensive eligibility and admission procedure for the particular university or entrance test you are targeting.

I expect it to clear your query,If it is still not clear you can ask again.Hope we provide you what you are seeking.

Good afternoon ,

I hope you are doing well. The syllabus of AMU LLM exam is quite similar to CLAT syllabus. Arihant's CLAT book is quite good for AMU law entrance exam. Here i mention a link from where you can get the best book recommendations for each subject.

Revert for further query!

It is highly unlikely you will get admission into the LLM program at the Delhi University Faculty of Law with a CUET score of 89. the expected cut-off for the general category is between 190-210, and for reserved categories, it's lower but still significantly above 89 according to past years cutoff trends.

CUET PG is a competitive exam:

The Common University Entrance Test (PG) is used for admission to postgraduate programs at participating universities, including the Delhi University.

LLM program is selective:

The LLM program at the DU Faculty of Law is highly sought after, leading to competitive cut-offs.

Cut-offs are based on merit and category:

The final cut-offs depend on various factors, including the candidate's score, their category (General, OBC, SC, ST, etc.), and the number of available seats.

Your score is significantly below average:

A score of 89 is considerably below the expected cut-offs for most categories, making admission unlikely.

They started with three items on the menu. One was the French Toast which could be prepared in 3 minutes. The second was the Egg Tortillas which took 15 minutes to prepare.
