About AIL LET 2021
Army Insititute of Law, Mohali conducts AIL LET, also known as the Army Institute of Law Entrance Test. Through AIL LET 2021, the institute will offer admission to the 5-year integrated BA LLB programme. The AIL LET application form 2021 will be released around in the month of February, in online mode. Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria of AIL LET 2021 will be able to apply by registering at the admission portal of the institute. The AIL LET application form is Rs 3000 for all categories.
AILET 2021 - Test structure
The test is conducted in online, computer-based test mode, at various exam centres in the country. The online AIL LET will be a two-hour-long exam consisting of 200 MCQ-based questions. The questions in the AIL LET will be asked from the topics such as general knowledge, current affairs, maths and legal awareness.
The seat intake for the program is 80, with 60 seats reserved for army personnel and 4 seats for all India category to be filled based on AIL LET 2021 scores. The remaining 16 seats belonging to Punjab Category will be filled based on 10+2 merit.
Admission to the AIL will be offered on the basis of merit and will also be subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria. The AIL LET merit list will be prepared category wise, based on the marks scored by the candidates in the test.

AIL LET 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Army Institute of Law, Mohali, Punjab, will release the eligibility criteria of AIL LET 2021 for aspiring candidates. The AIL LET eligibility criteria 2021 will contain information on qualifying exam passed, minimum marks in the qualifying exam, and age limit the candidate needs to fulfill.
AIL LET 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Qualifying exam: The candidates needs to have 10+2 exam from Punjab School Education Board or an equivalent exam recognised by Punjabi University, Patiala.
Marks in qualifying exam: The minimum aggregate marks in the qualifying exam should be 45%.
Open University: Candidates who have completed 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any basic qualifications for pursuing such studies, are not eligible.
Compartment papers: Candidates who have passed 10+2 in compartments are not eligible for admission.
Provisional application: Applicants appearing in qualifying exam in March/ April can take AIL LET 2021, but provisionally. Such candidates need to pass the 10+2 examination with minimum qualifying marks for AIL LET 2021.

Army Institute of Law will re-release the AIL LET 2021 application form in online mode. Desirous applicants need to submit completed AIL LET application forms before the last date. When filling out the application form, one needs to enter only genuine information as otherwise the candidature of the candidate may be cancelled at any stage of the admission process.

Mode of Counselling: Offline
Admission authorities will conduct the counselling of AIL LET 2021 post declaration of results. The reason for me was that when will the admission form of the Army Institute of Law come out?
To get into Army Institute of Law, you need to give AIL LET entrance exam conducted by the College. The tentative dates for the release of application forms was from 3rd week of April, 2020 and the last date was to be 2nd week of May, 2020. But, the forms are delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. So, keep an eye on the official Website for updates.
