AIL LET 2019, also known as Army Institute of Law Entrance Test 2019, is to be conducted by Army Institute of Law, Mohali, Punjab. AIL LET for 2019 will be conducted for law aspirants who wish to get admissions into the five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. university. 

AIL LET is an MCQ based examination which aims to test candidates' law aptitude, general knowledge and awareness of current affairs, general English, and mental ability. 

Candidates appearing for AIL LET 2019 strive to make place for themselves amidst eighty seats under UG programme.

AIL LET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Army Institute of Law, Mohali, Punjab, will announce AIL LET eligibility criteria 2019 in the last week of May 2019. The eligibility criteria will mention educational qualifications which AIL LET 2019 candidates must fulfil. Non-compliance with the eligibility criteria will lead to cancellation of candidate’s application.  For a detailed insight into eligibility criteria of AIL LET 2019, read below.

Academic Qualifications

  • AIL LET 2019 candidates should have passed 10+2 exam from Punjab School Education Board or any other equivalent exam which is recognised by Punjabi University, Patiala.
  • Additionally, candidates should have scored at least 45% marks in the aforementioned qualifying examination.

Additional Information 

  • Students who have done their 10+2 from open universities but without any basic qualifications will not be considered eligible for admissions to the course.
  • Applicants who are to appear for the qualifying exam in March/ April will be allowed to take AIL LET 2019 but provisionally. However, their candidatures will be cancelled if they do not pass the 10+2 examination with the minimum qualifying marks for AIL LET 2019.
  • Applicants who have to appear for compartment papers of 10+2 examination will not be considered eligible for admissions. 
  • Students passing their qualifying examinations from Bihar Education Board will not be eligible to appear for AIL LET 2019. 
  • In case the applicant passes his/her qualifying examination from an education board or university unrecognised by Punjabi University, he/ she will have to present an eligibility certificate from Punjabi University at the time of interview. If the candidate fails to do so, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
  • Candidates whose results are delayed should apply to their respective boards of examinations to dispatch a confidential result to Principal, Army Institute of Law. However, it is the candidates who have to make sure that the dispatch takes place within the time. Late dispatch will not be accepted.

Army Institute of Law will release AIL LET application form 2019 in last week of May 2019 in online mode. Last date to submit the application form will be in the third week of June 2019. Candidates are advised to carefully fill in all the details of AIL LET application form since errors cannot be rectified later. How to Fill AIL LET 2019 Application Form

  • Candidates will first have to click on the official link for AIL LET application form.
  • Upon clicking the link, candidates will be required to fill in basic details like name of the candidate, name of the father, phone number, DOB, email ID, and so on.
  • After completing the procedure, candidate will receive a registration number and password.
  • Next, the candidate will have to login with the help of the same registration number and password.
  • Candidates upon logging in will have to fill in mandatory details and attach required documents like signature, photograph, and so on. 

How to Pay AIL LET Application Form 2019 Fee 

State Bank Collect

  • Click on the link for State Bank collect.
  • Upon reading and accepting the terms and conditions, hit the "proceed" button.
  • Choose the correct payment category (All India Civil/ Army)
  • Choose the payment option through net banking/ credit/ debit.
  • Take the print out of the payment slip upon completion of the payment. Retain it for further references. 

Induslnd Bank

  • Click on the link which allows payment with Induslnd Bank.
  • Check all the details thoroughly.
  • Click on the "Pay Now" option.
  • Upon clicking on "Pay Now" option, candidate will be directed to the payment gateway.
  • Choose payment options, i.e., net banking/ credit/ debit.
  • Take a print out of the payment slip and retain it for further references.

Important Points

  • AIL LET application form is to be filled online.
  • Candidates are to fill in details carefully in the application form.
  • Size of the documents to be uploaded – passport size photos (<120 Kb), army category certificates (<1.5 MB), documents (1.5 MB)
  • Candidates’ application process will be considered successful only if the message “Your form has been successfully submitted” appears on the screen.

AIL LET 2019 Preparation Tips

AIL LET 2019 candidates can have a look into AIL LET 2019 preparation tips mentioned below.

  • Candidates appearing for AIL LET 2019 must go through the exam pattern thoroughly so that they have an idea of the type and number of questions to be asked, topics to be tested on, duration of the exam, and so on.
  • They must also acquaint themselves with the syllabus topics mentioned in the exam pattern of AIL LET for 2019 . Candidates must make sure that they prepare these topics thoroughly.
  • A regular routine is necessity while preparing for AIL LET 2019. Candidates should assign equal time blocks to each of the topics mentioned in the syllabus and follow the routine on a regular basis.

AIL LET 2019 Admit Card

Army Institute of Law, Hohali, Punjab, will start releasing AIL LET admit card 2019 in the last week of June 2019. The admit card will mention candidate’s details like name of the candidate, exam name, details of test centre, photo, and signature. Candidates have to compulsorily bring their AIL LET admit cards in the exam hall, else they will not be allowed to sit for AIL LET 2019. How to Download AIL LET 2019 Admit Card

  • Candidates will have to first click on the official link for admit card.
  • Candidates will then have to enter their login details like user ID and password.
  • After entering the details, they will have to click on “login.”
  • Their admit cards will be displayed on screen. 
  • Candidates can download the admit card. Candidates are required to retain their admit card till the time of admission for further references.

AIL LET 2019 Result

Army Institute of Law will announce AIL LET result 2019 in the first week of July 2019 in online mode. Following the below mentioned steps will help AIL LET 2019 candidates to download result of AIL LET.

How to Check AIL LET 2019 Result

  • Click on the official link for result.
  • Upon clicking the link, the candidate will have to enter registration ID and roll number which was generated at the time of registration.
  • Hit the submit button.
  • AIL LET result 2019 will be displayed on candidate’s screen.
  • Download and retain the result till the time of admission for further purposes.

AIL LET 2019 Counselling

Mode of Counselling: Offline

Army Institute of Law 2019 will announce AIL LET Counselling 2019 list in the third week of July 2019 after result declaration. only those candidates who will qualify AIL LET 2019 and mentioned in the merit list will be called for counselling. AIL LET counselling will consider first 100 candidates in the order of merit from army category to fill in 60 seats, and first 20 candidates in the order of merit from All India Category to fill 4 seats. Candidates shortlisted for counselling will have to be present in the counselling venue.
