AIL LET 2024 Exam: Result (OUT), Cut off, Merit List, Counselling

Army Institute of Law has declared the AIL LET 2024 result on June 17, 2024. Candidates can download the result of AIL LET 2024 online from their registered account.  The AIL LET 2024 result will contain details such as marks obtained by the candidate, all India rank, category rank, roll number and candidate details.

Candidates must ensure they meet the AIL LET 2024 eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. The eligibility criteria of AIL LET 2024 prescribed the institute includes requirements about the minimum qualification, minimum marks in the qualifying exam, and age limit. Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: The candidates must have cleared 10+2 exam from Punjab School Education Board or an equivalent exam recognised by Punjabi University, Patiala.

• Minimum Marks in qualifying exam: Candidates must have scored a minimum aggregate marks in the qualifying exam should be 45%. 

• Open University: Candidates who have completed 10+2 through the Open University system directly without having any basic qualifications for pursuing such studies, are not eligible to apply.

• Compartment papers: Candidates who have passed 10+2 in compartments are not eligible for admission.

Provisional application: Applicants appearing in the qualifying exam in March/ April can take AIL LET 2024. However, such candidates need to produce their qualifying certificate with the minimum prescribed marks at the time of admission.

Age limit

There is no age limit for appearing in the AIL LET 2024 exam or pursuing BA LLB or LLM programmes from the institute.

Army Institute of Law has closed the AIL LET applicatio form 2024 with a late fee of Rs 1000 on May 13, 2024. It had released the AIL LET 2024 application form in online mode on April 9, 2024. Eligible candidates could submit the AIL LET application form 2024 online from the official website of the institute - ail.ac.in. Candidates must ensure to fill the form accurately and completely. Any omission or error can lead to rejection of the application form. The last date to submit the AIL LET application form 2024 without late fee was May 8, 2024.

How to Fill AIL LET 2024 Application Form?

• Visit the official website and click on the official application link.

• Obtain login credentials by registering for the exam using basic details such as name, phone number, date of birth, email id, and other details. Upon successful registration, a registration number will be created.

• Log in to the newly created account to continue the application form-filling process. There will be sections like academic, personal and contact details, which have to be duly filled. 

• Upload photograph, signature, and other mandatory documents. Note that the size of documents to be uploaded must be – passport-size photos (<120 Kb), army category certificates (<1.5 MB), documents (<1.5 MB)

• Pay the stipulated application fee. .

Candidates who register and complete the fee payment can download AIL LET 2024 admit card by logging into their registered account. The admit card is an important document which must be carried to the examination hall. It contains details such as the candidate's name and roll number, date and time of the exam, exam centre details, photo, and signature.

Important things to carry on AIL LET 2024 exam day 

Candidates appearing in AIL LET 2024 should carry the following items while going to the examination hall.

1. A hard copy of AIL LET 2024 admit card
2. A valid photo identity card 
3. A blue/black ballpoint pen

The institute will conduct the counselling of AIL LET 2024 in online mode. Only those candidates who qualify AIL LET 2024 exam and are included in the merit list will be invited for the counselling. The counselling process will be conducted as per the category of the candidates and their rank. Candidates shortlisted for counselling must be present at the counselling venue in person.

AIL LET Counselling process: Document submission, verification and admission 

The institute shortlists candidates based on their marks and rank in the merit list. Such candidates must submit the documents and certificates mentioned above to the institute. 

The counselling officials will verify the details submitted by the candidates during the application process by referring to the original documents. 

• If the candidates fulfil the eligibility and satisfy all conditions for admission, the institute will approve the admission. 
• To complete the admission process, such candidates will have to submit the course fee as prescribed by the institute.
