AILET PG Exam 2025: First Merit List (Out), Counselling, Cut off

NLU Delhi released the AILET PG 2025 application form on August 1, 2024 on its official website. The deadline to submit the AILET PG application form 2025 was  November 18, 2024. The applicant must take note to use only genuine and verifiable information for filling the application form as otherwise the candidature of the candidate may be cancelled at any stage of the admission process. 

The following items are required for the registration process

• A valid email-id

• An active mobile number

• Scanned photograph and signature in the prescribed specification

Steps to fill AILET application form 2025

• To start the application process, the applicant had to first get registered by entering details like email id, mobile number, and date of birth.

• The candidate had to select and confirm a password for the new candidate account.

• Next the candidate has to select the program of study from the drop-down menu and lock the application.

• Fill in the application, including personal and academic details

• Upload signature and photograph
• Pay the application fee 
• Submit the form

Candidates desirous of admission to the LLM program at NLU Delhi must meet the prescribed AILET PG 2025 eligibility criteria. • Qualifying exam: The candidate needs to be an L.L.B graduate from a recognized university recognized by Bar Council of India

• Marks in qualifying exam: The candidates must have scored minimum 55% marks in the qualifying degree exam

• Relaxation: Reserved category candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD category are eligible for 5 percent relaxation in minimum marks

• Those appearing in qualifying exam: Such candidates who are appearing in final year L.L.B examination may also apply

• Age: No age bar is prescribed for admission to LLM program

Candidates can go through the following AILET LLM 2025 preparation tips, to make the exam preparations smooth and stress-free.

1. Start preparing at least 12-15 months before the exam date, as it gives ample time to grasp the difficult legal topics.
2. Focus on the Logical Reasoning section, as it has more questions and covers 47%  weight of the paper.
3. Understand the exam pattern and syllabus in detail.
4. Join AILET /CLAT coaching, as these coaching institutes conduct regular mock tests for CLAT and AILET  LLM examinations to identify the areas where a candidate needs improvement
5. Study at least 3 hours daily for a year to prepare for AILET LLM.
6. Practice previous year's question papers 

NLU Delhi released the AILET LLM 2025 admit card on November 28, 2024. The AILET admit LLM admit card 2025 was available on the official website and candidates who successfully completed the application process were allowed to download it by entering log-in credentials.

Note that on exam day, along with AILET LLM 2025 admit card, candidates need to carry with them a valid photo ID proof.

NLU Delhi released the AILET LLM 2025 final answer key on December 12, 2024 on its official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. . The university had earlier released the provisional answer key for AILET 2025 on December 8, 2024 and allowed candidates to submit objections till December 10. The final AILET PG answer key 2025 is published after considering the valid objections.

• The AILET LLM 2025 answer key will be displayed on these screen
• Download and save the PDF for future reference.

Steps to object to the provisional AILET LLM 2025 Answer Key

• Visit the official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.
• Login into the AILET LLM account
• Click on 'View Objections'
• Select the type of objection: related to the question or answer key
• Enter the objection details
• Make a payment of Rs 500 per objection and submit.

The AILET LLM 2025 results were declared on December 12, 2024. NLU Delhi published the results as per the AILET PG 2025 final answer key after considering the valid objections. Candidates can check the LLM entrance exam result 2025 status by entering their login credentials on the 'AILET LLM results login window'. The details included in the AILET LLM results list are the marks, rank, and qualifying status of the candidate.

NLU Delhi has published the second round AILET PG cutoff 2025 on January 10, 2025. The cutoff of AILET PG 2025 is category-specific and indicate the last ranks for which candidates are given admission to the LLM course in their respective categories. AILET 2025 cutoff is determined based on various parameters like number of applications applying for admission, seat intake, performance of applicants in the exam, and the category to which the applicant belongs.

Applicants are advised to review previous years' cutoff data to get an idea of how much they need to score in their respective categories to get admission.

AILET LLM Cut Off 2024 (up to Round 5)

National Law University Delhi has published the merit list for the second round of AILET PG counselling 2025 on January 10, 2025. Shortlisted candidates are required to pay the confirmation fee by January 15.  NLU Delhi will conduct the AILET PG counselling 2025 in online mode for a total of four rounds as per the official notification, more rounds will be added in case of vacant seats. Candidates will be able to register for the counselling in online mode on the official website.

AILET LLM counselling 2025 - Steps to register

Step 1: Check AILET invite list 2025 - The university will release the list of shortlisted candidates for AILET 2025 counselling after the declaration of results. Candidates three times more than the available seats will be invited for AILET counselling 2025. Only those candidates who will receive the invitation will be eligible to appear in the counselling.

Step 2: AILET 2025 counselling registration - Invited candidates will have to login to the admission portal using their registration number or application number as well as date of birth. They will also have to pay the counselling fee and upload the necessary documents and print the acknowledgement slip for future reference.

Step 3: Provisional admission list for AILET 2025 - The university will release the course-wise first provisional admission list after the verification of the documents submitted by the eligible candidates along with the waiting list.

Step 4: Admission fee payment - The candidates who are shortlisted will have to pay the counselling fees and the pay the remaining admission fees within the deadline.
