ACLAT Application Details

  1. Click on the official link of ACLAT Application Form
  2. Choose the mode of application - online or offline to fill in the application
  3. In case of offline mode, download application form of ACLAT and fill it and submit it on the official address
  4. For online mode, fill the application form online and take a print out of ACLAT application form
  5. Send the applications of ACLAT enclosed in an envelope with documents required on the official address as mentioned below

ACLAT Eligibility Criteria

For BA LLB and BBA LLB programme -

  • Candidates passed in 12th Board Examination as per 10+2 education system with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate
  • SC/ ST category candidates need to have 40% marks in the qualifying examination
  • Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for ACLAT

For LLM programme -

  • Candidates holding three-year LLB degree or a five-year integrated LLB degree as recognized by Bar Council of India (BCI) with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate
  • SC/ ST category candidates need to have 40% marks in the bachelor degree qualifying examination
  • Candidates appearing in the final year of the qualifying degree examination are also eligible to apply

For Ph.D programme in Law -

  • Candidates holding LLM degree as recognized by Bar Council of India (BCI) with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate

  • SC/ ST category candidates need to have 50% marks in aggregate of the qualfying degree examination

  • Candidates appearing in the qualifying degree examination are also eligible to apply
