AILET LLM 2022 - The National Law University Delhi will close the registration window for All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) LLM 2022 on May 25, 2022. Candidates interested in the LLM programme of National Law University, Delhi must complete the AILET LLM application process before the closing window. Candidates who register and complete the fee payment will be issued the AILET LLM admit cards on June 16, 2022. The admit card will contain details like roll number, exam centre address, and date and time of exam. NLU Delhi will conduct AILET 2022 on June 26, 2022, for admission to LLM courses. In addition to this, AILET BA LLB is also conducted for admission to 5-year integrated LLB programme.
NLU Delhi has also announced some important changes to the exam pattern of AILET LLM which the candidates should know before preparing for the examination. The AILET new pattern for LLM will be as follows;
AILET LLM 2022 will have two sections - Section A and Section B.
Section A will have 100 MCQ type questions, while section B will have subjective type questions.
Section A of AILET LLM will consist of two parts:
- Part 1: English language (50 questions; 50 marks)
- Part 2: Legal reasoning (50 questions; 50 marks)
Section B will have 10 questions from various law subjects. Candidates will have to answer any 2 questions, each carrying 25 marks. Further, section B will be evaluated only if the candidate has qualified in section A.
AILET LLM questions are asked from the following topics.
- Criminal Law
- Constitutional Law
- Law of Contract,
- Law of Tort
- International Law
Each objective type question will carry 1 mark; there is a penalty of 0.25 marks for an incorrect answer. The duration of the test will be 90 minutes.
Seats intake for LLM program
The LLM program has an intake capacity of 70 seats that will be filled based on AILET 2022 scores. Further, there are 10 additional seats for foreign nationals.

National Law University, Delhi released the online AILET PG 2022 application form on January 17, 2022. Eligible candidates have to duly fill out and submit the application form before the last date. The applicant must take note to use only genuine and verifiable information for filling the application form as otherwise the candidature of the candidate may be cancelled at any stage of the admission process.

- To start the application process, the applicant had to first get registered by entering details like email id, mobile number, and date of birth.

Candidates who qualify in the AILET PG exam and will be included in the merit list will be able to participate in AILET PG 2022 counselling process, which will be conducted in offline mode at the university campus. Eligible candidates have to report in person on the designated day along with all prescribed documents, including originals and photocopies.

what is the mode of AILET Pg exam offline or online?
The AILET PG Exam 2020 will be conducted by the National Law University, Delhi. The exam will be taken on the 26th of September 2020. It will be a centre- based online exam which means, candidates will have to go to the assigned centre to give the test which will be conducted in the CBT mode.
Can you please confirm the status of total seats for LLM this year? News reports say that seats have increased to 120, NCR reservation stayed, OBC reservation removed. NLU official website doesnt mentions reservation for OBC & EWS. Kindly confirm. Thanks
Total no. of seats offered for admission in 2020 is 2175. For UG programmes are 1308. The number of seats available for the special category is 325. The total number of seats offered to the candidates of the state where the NLUs are located is 621.
