The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to start the AIBE 22 registration process from September 2026. Eligible candidates must fill out the AIBE 22 application form on the official website: allindiabarexamination.com before the deadline. The BCI will open the AIBE 22 application correction window after the registrations are closed for candidates who need to make the changes. The AIBE 22 exam will be conducted tentatively in December 2026. The AIBE exam fee 2026 is Rs. 3,500 for general and OBC candidates and Rs. 2,500 for SC and ST candidates, including the bank charges. Final-year law students (without backlogs), law graduates who have not received their degree, and graduates who have received their degree but have not enrolled or have surrendered their enrolment certificates are eligible to apply for the All India Bar Examination.

While filling out the AIBE 22 application form 2026, candidates must provide details such as Bar Council registration number, educational qualification details, communication address, etc. Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct the All India Bar Examination in offline mode at exam centres across the country. Candidates who want to apply for AIBE must have registered with a state bar council and obtained the enrollment number. Before filling out the AIBE form, candidates must ensure they fulfil the AIBE 22 eligibility criteria. The AIBE eligibility criteria include the requirements pertaining to minimum education qualification, age limit, and enrolment. As per a significant judgment delivered by the Supreme Court of India on September 20, 2024, candidates who are in the final year of their law programme and don't have any backlogs are also eligible to complete AIBE registration. According to the revised AIBE 22 eligibility criteria, final-year law students and candidates without an enrolment certificate issued by the State Bar Council are eligible to register for AIBE 22.
