AIBE 19 Registration 2024: The Bar Council of India has closed the AIBE 19 registration window on November 15, 2024. However, candidates can make corrections to the AIBE 19 application form till November 22 through their login on the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. The direct link for AIBE 2024 application correction is given below. The last date to pay the AIBE 2024 application fee was November 18, 2024. The AIBE exam fee 2024 was Rs. 3,560 for general and OBC candidates and Rs. 2,560 for SC and ST candidates including the bank charges. BCI will now conduct AIBE 19 on December 22, 2024, in offline mode. It had earlier issued AIBE 19 registration instructions for final-year law students and candidates without enrolment certificates on its official website. Following the recent judgment delivered by the Supreme Court of India, the BCI had allowed final-year law students with no backlogs and candidates without an enrolment certificate to complete AIBE exam registration. The AIBE 19 registration form opened on September 4.
While filling out the AIBE application form 2024 candidates are required to provide details such as bar council registration number, education qualification details, communication address, etc. Bar Council of India (BCI) conducts the All India Bar Examination in offline mode at exam centres across the country. Candidates who want to apply for AIBE must have registered in a state bar council and obtained the enrollment number. Candidates who qualify AIBE 19 will be awarded a Certificate of Practice to practise law in India.

Before the AIBE form is filled, candidates must make sure they fulfil the AIBE 19 eligibility criteria. The AIBE eligibility criteria include the requirements pertaining to minimum education qualification, age limit, and enrolment. As per a significant judgment delivered by the Supreme Court of India on September 20, candidates who are in the final year of their law programme and don't have any backlogs are also eligible to complete AIBE 19 registration. As per the revised AIBE 19 eligibility criteria, final-year law students and candidates without an enrolment certificate issued by the State Bar Council are eligible to register for AIBE 19.

BCI has published detailed instructions for AIBE 19 registration on its official website. Applicants must go through these instructions before filling up the application form. The instructions are given below.
Candidates have to compulsorily register online for AIBE.
Interested applicants must have a valid mobile number and email ID to complete AIBE 19 registration.
Candidates keep the mobile number and the email ID active till the end of the application process as these details cannot be changed. The mobile number and the email ID will be used for all communication with the candidate.
Only one registration is allowed for each candidate
Candidates must provide accurate information at the time of AIBE registration 2024. Any false information in the AIBE 19 application form can lead to the disqualification of the candidate.
For candidates with 80% disability, 20 minutes of extra will be provided during the exam.
The AIBE 19 registration link for all candidates remains the same.
Candidates who are law graduates but have not enrolled in any state bar council are required to submit a scanned copy of an undertaking which is available for download on the official website.
Candidates who are already enrolled in a State Bar Council must upload their self-attested enrollment certificate. Such candidates need not submit the undertaking.
Final year students with no backlogs have to submit self-attested scanned copies of their marksheets from the first semester of the law course till the 5th semester (for 3-year LLB) and the 9th semester (for 5-year LLB) and also submit the undertaking.
Candidates who have passed their law degree but have not obtained the degree certificate must submit self-attested scanned copies of their marksheet for all the semesters along with the undertaking.

The BPP is typically required for those who do not have a formal educational qualification equivalent to 10+2.it has nothing to do with aibe exam because it conducted to assess basic level knowledge of law degree student and lay down minimum benchmark for entering into practice of law in addition to assessing candidate's analytical skills.
To take AIBE EXAM you need to do bachelor's degree in law either of five or three years course from a recognised university.if you done your graduation you can take admission in three years law course through direct entry or by giving law entrance exam like CLAT CUET ailet etc.
