As per the latest AIBE 19 exam schedule, the AIBE exam date is extended and will be conducted on December 22, 2024. The AIBE 19 notification does not provide any details for its postponement. The online application form for AIBE XIX (19) 2024 which started on September 03 will remain open till November 15, in online mode. The BCI will issue the AIBE XIX (19) admit card on December 12. The admit card of AIBE 19 is a mandatory document that candidates must carry with them on the day of the exam. The Bar Council of India has extended the AIBE exam date to December 22, 2024. The AIBE is conducted in offline mode. Candidates are required to appear for the exam at designated test centres mentioned in their AIBE admit card. According to the AIBE 19 exam pattern, the exam will have a total of 100 questions. The AIBE 19 syllabus will comprise of topics like Constitutional Law, I.P.C (Indian Penal Code), Cr. P.C (Criminal Procedure Code), C.P.C (Code of Civil Procedure) etc. The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE 19 syllabus and exam pattern along with the exam notification. BCI will first release the AIBE 19 answer key through the official website of All India Bar Examination. The provisional answer key of the AIBE 19 exam will be released a few days after the conclusion of the exam. Candidates will be given a chance to raise objections against the provisional answer key through an official window. After considering the objections raised by candidates against the official answer key, the authorities will then release the AIBE 19 final answer key.
The result of the AIBE 19 exam will be declared in online mode tentatively one month after the conclusion of the exam. The results of the candidates will comprise of the scores secured by them in the entrance exam. Furthermore, the AIBE 19 result will show the qualifying status of the candidate in the exam. Students who will qualify the AIBE 19 exam in the results will then be issued the AIBE Certificate of Practice, which is a mandatory document to practice law in Indian courts.
The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE 19 cut off after the publication of the final answer key. BCI usually releases the qualifying percentage along with the AIBE 19 notification. However, the AIBE cutoff marks 2024 will be decided once the final answer key is out. The AIBE 19 cutoff marks will be decided based on how many questions have been omitted in the final answer key. The AIBE 2024 cutoff for general and OBC category candidates is 45%, whereas SC/ST category candidates must secure a minimum of 40% aggregate marks to qualify for the exam.
The BCI will issue the AIBE 19 CoP shortly after the declaration of the result. The AIBE Certificate of Practice is initially issued in online mode from the AIBESCOPE app. However, the AIBE online CoP does not hold any validity. The document to obtain CoP will be sent to candidates through post at their registered address tentatively within three months from the date of result. Qualified candidates then need to submit documents in their state bar council to get the Certificate of Practice.

The BPP is typically required for those who do not have a formal educational qualification equivalent to 10+2.it has nothing to do with aibe exam because it conducted to assess basic level knowledge of law degree student and lay down minimum benchmark for entering into practice of law in addition to assessing candidate's analytical skills.
To take AIBE EXAM you need to do bachelor's degree in law either of five or three years course from a recognised university.if you done your graduation you can take admission in three years law course through direct entry or by giving law entrance exam like CLAT CUET ailet etc.
