The Bar Council of India exam dates would include the AIBE 19 exam date, application form window, and result date.

Candidates aspiring to appear for AIBE 19 should keep track of the important AIBE exam dates 2024-25. BCI will conduct the All India Bar Examination to award Certificate of Practice (CoP) to successful candidates. As per BCI rules, it is mandatory to pass the AIBE exam for all law graduates from 2009-10 onwards to become advocates.

AIBE 19 Application Dates 2024-25

Bar Council of India will notify the AIBE 19 (XIX) application form dates on its official website soon. Candidates would be required to apply online before the deadline by visiting the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates would be required to complete steps such as registration, document upload, application fee payment. The AIBE application form will not be released in offline mode. The basic steps of AIBE 19 registration have been mentioned below:

AIBE 19 Admit Card Date

The BCI will notify the AIBE admit card date on its official website. It is likely to issue the AIBE 19 admit card tentatively one week before the exam. The admit card of AIBE 19 is a mandatory document that candidates must carry with them on the day of the exam. The AIBE 19 admit card dates will be notified by the exam-conducting authorities few days before the issue. Students will find important details related to the exam like date and time of exam, name of exam centre, complete address of AIBE exam centre, important instructions and more. AIBE 19 Exam Date

The AIBE 19 (XIX) exam will be conducted tentatively in July 2024. BCI will duly notify the AIBE 2024 exam date on its official website. The All India Bar Examination is conducted in offline mode. Candidates are required to appear for the exam at designated test centres mentioned in their AIBE admit card.

AIBE 19 Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2024

According to the AIBE 19 exam pattern, the exam will have a total of 100 questions. The AIBE 19 syllabus will comprise of topics like Constitutional Law, I.P.C (Indian Penal Code), Cr. P.C (Criminal Procedure Code), C.P.C (Code of Civil Procedure) etc. The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE 19 syllabus and exam pattern along with the exam notification. AIBE 19 Answer Key Date

BCI will first release the AIBE 19 answer key through the official website of All India Bar Examination. The provisional answer key of the AIBE 19 exam will be released a few days after the conclusion of the exam. Candidates will be given a chance to raise objections against the provisional answer key through an official window. After considering the objections raised by candidates against the official answer key, the authorities will then release the AIBE 19 final answer key.

AIBE 19 Result Date

The result of the AIBE 19 exam will be declared in online mode tentatively one month after the conclusion of the exam. The results of the candidates will comprise of the scores secured by them in the entrance exam. Furthermore, the AIBE 19 result will show the qualifying status of the candidate in the exam. Students who will qualify the AIBE 19 exam in the results will then be issued the AIBE Certificate of Practice, which is a mandatory document to practice law in Indian courts.

AIBE 19 Cutoff Date 2024

The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE 19 cut off after the publication of the final answer key. BCI usually releases the qualifying percentage along with the AIBE 19 notification. However, the AIBE cutoff marks 2024 will be decided once the final answer key is out. The AIBE 19 cutoff marks will be decided based on how many questions have been omitted in the final answer key. The AIBE 2024 cutoff for general and OBC category candidates is 45%, wheras SC/ST category candidates must secure minimum 40% aggregate marks to qualify the exam.

AIBE 19 Certificate of Practice Date 2024

The BCI will issue the AIBE 19 CoP shortly after the declaration of the result. The AIBE Certificate of Practice is initially issued in online mode from the AIBESCOPE app. However, the AIBE online CoP does not hold any validity. The document to obtain CoP will be sent to candidates through post on their registered address tentatively within three months from the date of result. Qualified candidates then need to submit document in their state bar council to get the Certificate of Practice.
