AIBE XX (20) Exam Centres 2025: The Bar Council of India (BCI) will conduct the All India Bar Examination XX (AIBE 20) in around 55 cities across India. The council has released the list of AIBE 20 exam centres on its official website. The AIBE 20 will be held offline at designated centres across multiple cities in India. There is a possibility of additional AIBE 20 2025 exam centres being added due to the increasing number of law aspirants and law graduates. The option to select the AIBE 20 exam centre will be available to the candidates while filling out the AIBE application form 2025. Candidates can select up to three exam centres for the AIBE 20 exam. The centres will be allotted to students according to their preferences and seat availability. The AlBE 20 (XX) 2025 will be conducted on November 30, 2025.

No, a person cannot practice law in India without passing the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE). After completing an LLB degree from a recognized university, a law graduate must enroll with a State Bar Council and must clear the AIBE exam conducted by the Bar Council of India. Only after passing the exam, the advocate receives a Certificate of Practice , which allows him or her to practice law in any court in India.
So, without clearing AIBE, one cannot legally appear or argue in court.
