Although some may doubt its applicability to the PG entrance exam, allow me to explain why it is important: sections of the exam may include direct or indirect questions concerning legislation, amendments, or the president's authority. It becomes essential to have a strong foundation in these situations. Improve your understanding by using the last year's exam questions as practice.
Sedition
Privacy
TRIPS
Consideration
Defamation
UN and its functioning
Biodiversity Act 2002
Mediation Bill, 2021
Avoid giving this part more weight than the objective one when answering questions of a subjective nature. You won't be assessed for the remaining sections if you fail the first. The subjective portion is worth fifty marks, and reading the newspaper every day can help you become more prepared. When composing your responses, make careful to include precedents, guidelines, and provisions to increase their impact. When it comes to your responses, quality always wins out over quantity, so make sure to give thoughtful answers.
