About LFAT 2020
Allahabad University has declared the AU BA LLB (Law Faculty Admission Test) result on November 8. The result has been declared in the form of scorecard indicating the marks obtained by the candidates. It carries details like marks obtained and the qualifying status; a merit list will also be prepared using LFAT 2020 exam scores which will be used for counselling purpose. Now, the university will invite the candidates for counselling and seat allotment process. Note that, candidates will be invited for counselling in the order of their rank in the merit list.
AU BA LLB or popularly known as LFAT is conducted in both pen-and-paper and online mode for admitting candidates to its 5-year integrated BA LLB program; the total seat intake for the program is 120. The test consists of 150 objective type questions. The time duration for the LFAT 2020 test is 2 hours. The online application form of LFAT 2020 was released on March 25. Admit cards for successfully registered candidates were issued online on September 18.

LFAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
All applicants are recommended to carefully go through the LFAT 2020 eligibility criteria for the five-year integrated law program. It is because any candidate found to not meeting the LFAT eligibility criteria 2020 may be disqualified at any stage of the admission process.
Eligibility criteria of LFAT 2020
- The applicant needs to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from recognised institute
- Candidate belonging to the general category need to obtain a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in their qualifying exam
- Candidates belonging to the OBC category need to score a minimum of 42% while those belonging to SC/ST category need only 40% aggregate marks
- There is no age bar for appearing in 2020

The admission authority has extended last date to submit LFAT 2020 application till July 31. Eligible candidates need to duly fill and submit the LFAT application form before the last date. How to fill the LFAT application form 2020
Registration - Go to the registration portal and get registered by entering a valid email id, mobile number, name, etc.
Filling of essential information - The form will have various sections like academic, personal and contact details, each of which has to be filled
Uploading of documents - Next upload scanned copies of photograph, signature, and other relevant documents in the prescribed specification.
Payment of fee - The fee is different for different categories, as shown in the table below, and can be paid online using net banking, credit or debit cards.

Based upon the LFAT 2019 cutoffs, you seem to have less chances for admission to the top colleges accepting LFAT scores. You may have to wait for the 3rd or 4th round of cutoffs if released where the cutoffs may fall for OBC category.
