Candidates who will be appearing in the ULSAT 2020 for seeking admission into the B.Com LLB, BBA LLB, and BA LLB law programmes have to score at least 50% aggregate in class 12th and 10th.
Those students who have scored upto 10,000 rank in CLAT or have an LSAT India aggregate of 60% & above are exempted from UPES Law Studies Aptitude test and will get an invitation directly for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
ULSAT Eligibility Criteria 2020 – B.Tech LLB (IPR & Cyber Law)
Law aspirants appearing for ULSAT 2020 for the B.Tech LLB program with speciality in IPR must acquire at least 50% aggregate in their 12th and 10th education level.
The law aspirants who will be attending the ULSAT 2020 to get admission into the B.Tech LLB law program with speciality as Cyber Law are required to score a minimum 50% aggregate in subjects like Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics in 10+ education level from a recognised education board.
The law aspirants who have achieved an LSAT India aggregate of 60% or above or a CLAT rank of up to 10000 are exempted from the UPES-EAT & admissions via merit ranking.
ULSAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria - B.Tech. Computer Science Engineering LLB
The law aspirants have to attend the UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) which will be followed by a centralized counseling for those who clear the exam.
ULSAT Eligibility Criteria 2020 - B.SC. LLB (HONS.)
A minimum 50% aggregate is required by the law students in 10th & 10+2 level.
The law aspirants should have attained an aggregate of 50% in PCB/PCM (Chemistry, Physics, & biology or Mathematics) in the 10+2 level of education.
The law aspirants who have achieved a CLAT rank of up to 10000 or a 60% score or above in LSAT India are exempted from UPES Law Studies Aptitude test and will get an invitation directly for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

NAAC committee which provides grades to Indian Universities as per their performance has awarded Grade ‘C’ to UPES because of its worst academic performance and this is the lowest grade awarded to any Indian university. Even a faculty of law from this caught was caught taking bribe from students for increasing their attendance is his course. But overall the faculty is fairly good. The campus is neat and clean and well maintained.
For BA LLB, BBA LLB or B com LLB , the course fees for 5 years is 16.48 lakhs.The actual fees is much more than the official tuition fees. There will also be added expenses like industrial tour, summer classes, reevaluation, direct study, corticated issue, library and other activities. Considering, the overall expenses and fees structure, this college is not at all value for money.
However, this college is at a very good location.The location of UPES is just behind Mussoorie hills. There also trekking route from UPES back gate to mussoorie with a fishing point (river) in between.
UPES Admission is based on the national level CBT entrance examination by UPES or via national level entrance exams like JEE Main, CLAT, CAT. Direct admission is also available via the board exam merit.

ULSAT (University of Petroleum & Engineering Studies Law Studies Aptitude Test) is an entrance exam conducted for offering admissions to five-year integrated law programmes namely B.Sc.L.L.B, B.Tech L.L.B, B.Com L.L.B, B.A L.L.B and B.B.A L.LB .
This year it is going to be conducted between 8th-15th May 2020

Please confirm the size of photo and signature for ULSAT.
There is no specific mention about the photograph size. So its ok if you upload a recent passport size photograph with a plain back ground with a size of 10KB TO 100KB. Your face and ears should be visible. Do not wear sunglasses. But if you use spectacles regularly, you can wear them.
Signature should be in Black ink. with a file size of 4KB to 30KB. You should put your full signature on white paper with black pen and scan it. Your signature should not be in capitals. It should be un running handwriting.

The details about your examination centre will be given in your admit card.The admit card will be out one week before the exam, the exam will be conducted in the month of May, 2020. Your admit card will have all the candidature details, test centre and other important information. Hence you need to be patience until you get the admit card.
