ILI CAT Application Details

  1. Click on the official link of ILI CAT Application Form

  2. Register by selecting programme applying for and providing details like name, email – Id and Phone

  3. After registration of ILI CAT, candidates are provided an application number and password

  4. Candidates need to login with the application number and password to fill in the application form of ILI CAT

  5. Fill in the application form of ILI CAT including personal details, qualifying examination, address, photo and signature, statement and purpose as well as other details and application fee remittance

  6. Click on 'Submit' button for application form submission

ILI CAT Eligibility Criteria

 

  • Candidates holding Bachelor of Law/ LL.B degree from any Institute/University recognized by Bar Council of India
  • Candidates possessing Bachelor degree in law from foreign countries are also  eligible to apply
  • General category candidates must have scored 50% marks in aggregate of all subjects 
  • Candidates of SC/ST/PH need to have 45% marks in aggregate of all subjects 
  • Kashmiri Migrant candidates need to have 40% marks in aggregate of all subjects 
  • Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Bachelor’ degree are also eligible to apply

ILI CAT Counselling Details

  • Candidates qualifying ILI CAT are again evaluated for another 60 marks for Group Discussion, Viva-voce as well as subjective paper, writing skill test and statement of purpose by ILI exam conducting authority
  • A merit list is released by Indian Law Institute on basis of overall of ILI CAT and GD-PI and other tests
  • Indian Law Institute releases as many as three merit lists for final admissions
