The entrance exam for five-year LLB will be conducted on April 12 which forms the basis for admissions to around 10,000 seats offered by the MH CET law participating colleges.
MH CET Law 2020 application form for three-year LLB will be released separately, on March 19. The intake capacity for 3-year LLB program is around 15,000.

Before filling the application form of MH CET Law 2020, candidates must ensure that they have the following documents and other important items to complete the application process in one go.
A valid email id and mobile number
Scanned passport size photograph and signature (should be in the prescribed format)
Scanned image of Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
Other educational qualification details. (Graduation mark-sheet for 3-year LLB)
The candidate also needs to keep banking details ready for fee payment.
Candidates will have to visit the official CET admission portal website, mhtcet2020.mahaonline.gov.in to access the application form. Click on ‘apply online’ option. The application form of MH CET Law can be filled in five simple steps.

Step 1 - Online Registration - The first step of the application process is registration and creation of a candidate's account. To start registration, click on ‘Registration "New Registration/Log-in' tab. The candidate will be then re-directed to a log-in page as shown below.
The candidate will have to enter basic details like email id, and mobile number. After entering the details, enter the security code displayed on the screen and then click on "Save and Next" button.
Step 2 - Upload documents - The applicant has to next upload their scanned photo and signature in the prescribed format and dimensions as given below.

Step 3 - Filling of details
The application form will have various sections like - personal details, permanent address, correspondent, and other details. The candidate will also have to select their domicile, category, and certify whether they wish to apply under the PwD category in this step. Other details the candidate has to furnish in this step include account details like name of the account holder, name of the bank and branch, account number, etc.
The candidate will also be required to mention their preference of law examination state, based on which MH CET law exam centre will be allotted.
Step 4 - Preview
Before proceeding to fee payment, the candidate will be able to preview the application form and make any changes if necessary.
Step 5 - Fee payment
After filling the MH CET law application form 2020, candidates will have to pay the application form fee in online mode. The application form fee for MH CET Law 2020 can be paid using debit card/credit card or net banking. Candidates belonging to Maharashtra (Domiciled) are entitled to application fee concession based on their category.

^SC, ST, OBC candidates include only such candidates who are having the domicile certificate of Maharashtra.If payment is successful, a payment receipt will be generated. Download it and take a printout along with the completed MH CET law application form.
You will have to regenerate your password by going into the login portal. Click on ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your username. You will receive an OTP on your mobile. Use it to generate a new password.

After successful submission of application forms, the MH CET Cell will release MH CET Law admit card 2020, separately for both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB courses. MH CET 2020 law admit cards for 5-year program will be released on March 27, and for 3-year program on June 5. The MH CET Law admit card is an essential document for taking the law exam and will contain such details like name and roll number of the candidate, date and time of exam, and venue details.
Yes, candidates appearing in their qualifying exams are eligible to apply. However, at the time of admission, you will have to produce a document of your qualification.
