MH CET Law Application Form 2019 - The State Common Entrance Test Cell has closed the MH CET law 2019 application form for three year LLB programme. The conducting body had earlier extended the last date to submit the MH CET law 2019 application form for three year LLB programme till April 22, 2019. The conducting body had also closed the process to submit the application form of MH CET Law 2019 for five year LLB programme on March 18, 2019. The MH CET law 2019 application form for three year LLB was announced on February 16, 2019. The conducting body had announced the MH CET Law Application Form 2019 on January 28 for five-year integrated law programme. Candidates had to fill the application form of MH CET Law 2019 in online mode. The application procedure of MH CET Law included application form filling, remitting the application fee, uploading the documents and finally submitting the application form. It was advisable to the law aspirants filling up the MH CET law application form 2019 to be extra cautious while filling the important details and uploading documents as no changes would be possible once submitted. There were certain fields in the MH CET Law 2019 Application Form which needed extra care like the name, father’s name, email id, phone number and other relevant details which cannot be changed. So, it was very important to fill the application form of MH CET Law 2019 carefully. At the same time, it was also advised to the candidates that they read the eligibility criteria of MH CET Law 2019 as there are chances of admission cancellation if any candidate is found ineligible.

MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates filling up the application form of MH CET Law 2019 for appearing in MH CET Law examination need to read the eligibility criteria of MH CET Law 2019. As the MH CET Law 2019 Eligibility Criteria for five-year integrated law programme mentions, a candidate should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination/ 12th Board Examination from any recognised educational institution with a minimum of 45 per cent of the total marks in the aggregate of the subjects. However, candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST) of Maharashtra state need to score 40% as there is 5% relaxation for them. For three year law aspirants, a graduation degree in any subject issued by any university or college recognised by UGC and following a 10+2+3 education pattern is a must with a minimum of 45 per cent in the aggregate of the subjects, and 40 per cent for those belonging to SC/ST categories of the Maharashtra state. There is no age bar to appear in the law examination.

How to fill MH CET Law Application Form 2019

Candidates appearing in MH CET Law 2019, were required to follow the steps as mentioned below to fill the application form of MH CET Law 2019 -

  • Candidates need to click on the official link of MH CET Law 2019 application forms as given above

  • Then enter the required details for the registration procedure.

  • A registration ID and password will be sent to your inbox of your registered e-mail account.

  • Login and fill MH CET Law application form using the registration id and password.

  • Enter the required information in each field of MH CET Law 2019 application.

  • After reading the guidelines, click on the check-box of declaration form, before proceeding to the next step.

  • If there are changes or modification required, click on ‘Edit’ button else click on ‘Upload Photograph and Signature’ button.

  • Once the photograph and signature have been uploaded, proceed to MH CET Law application fee payment step.

  • Pay the fees in the available mode– online using the available options - Internet Payment, Credit Card/ Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

  • After paying the fees, submit the application form.

Ques - What should have I done if there was a lot of delay in accessing the page?

Ans - Speed for Registration of On-Line Application on Internet, was based on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of applicants trying to register the application at the same time etc.Therefore if you were not able to get the pages for registration immediately, you should have retried after a gap of 15 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.

Ques - How would I have known about my registration for MH CET Law 2019?

Ans - You would get a registration number and password. You should have noted down the same carefully and preserve it. If you did not preserve it, you would not be able to reprint the Application and download the Call Letter.

Ques - What if I did not get the confirmation mail?

Ans - The chances of not receiving the registration number and password were rare as auto-response confirmation emails were sent. However, in exception cases, candidates should have checked the email id provided by them.

Ques - How could I re-confirm that my application was saved ?

Ans - In case of doubt about the successful registration, candidates were advised to visit the page to re-print of application, generate the printout and preserve the soft copy and hard copy (printout) of the application.

Ques - After filling up the complete form, I got Blank Screen / Internet got disconnected / My PC closed / hanged / shutdown. Is my application saved/ registered?

Ans - Please refer to Point No.4. If you did not get the application printout through re-print option,your application was not saved. You should have reapplied.

Ques - I got Blank / Zero Registration No. after submission of application online?

Ans - In rare cases candidates might have got zero (0) registration no. with valid password. Candidates were advised to re-register the application and check the printout through re-print application.

Ques - I did not receive the acknowledgement / reply to my email communication?

Ans - "Reply to" Email Id for the Application was created for the convenience of the Candidates for genuine communications. Candidates should not have used this address to send back the emails for "Acknowledgement", "Vacation Mail", "Friendship Offers", "Sales Offers" etc. The Email Server was configured to delete such emails automatically.

Ques - What details should I have retained while replying to auto-response emails?

Ans - While writing back by replying the confirmation emails for genuine problem, candidates should have retained the text containing "REGISTRATION NO." and "PASSWORD" details on the email.

Ques – I wanted to make changes in the details I entered in the Application?

Ans - Prior to submission of the online application, candidates should have chosen the 'EDIT' option to correct the details. Candidates should have remembered to take fresh print out after modifying any details. Candidate should have noted that the data entered in Basic Info could not be modified.

Ques - What details should I have provided while writing for the problem?

Ans - You should have mentioned like REGISTRATION NO. (2) MOBILE NO. (3) DATE OF BIRTH & (4) FULL NAME as entered in application. In case of application failure or any error message, candidates should have the screenshot of the error in JPG, GIF format or as MS Word file. Additionally, you should have also had the PC Details including the Operating System (like Windows XP, Vista, Linux etc.) & Internet Browser & version (like Internet Explorer 6.0, Mozilla 3.0, Firefox 3.5 etc.) used.

I want to ask when will online registration for mh cet law 2020 start?

Greetings!

MH CET Law 2020  application form for 5 year LLB course will be available from second week of January 2020 & for 3 year LLB course will be available from third week of February 2020. The last date to submit the application form will be till second week of March 2020 & third week of April 2020 for 5 year & 3 year law courses respectively. While filling application form, candidates will have to provide valid/ working email id & mobile number.General category candidates will have to submit Rs. 800 .Application fee for reserved category candidates will be Rs 400. Candidates will be able to submit the application fee via online mode.The mode of payment includes credit card, debit card, net banking, IMPS, & mobile wallets.The fee will be non-refundable in any case.

is Maratha reservation ( SEBC ) applicable for mh cet law and admission process ?

Dear Harshal, OBC means other Backward Category. SEBC is Socially and Economically Backward Category and is especially for those Candidates who belong to OBC and whose annual income is less . Now coming to your question, the available reservations for MH CET Law are:

OBC: 27%

SC: 15%

ST: 7.5%

Now as SEBC falls under OBC, MH CET law has resevration for SEBC Category as well.
