LAT 2019 Preparation Tips

Candidates appearing for the Law Admission Test can go through the given LAT preparation tips 2019 to obtain high scores in the test and qualify in the exam.

  • To begin with, a thorough idea of the LAT exam pattern is of prime importance if candidates want to acquire a strong grip on the test. Once a candidate knows what kind of questions are going to be asked and what fields he/she will be assessed on, he/she will at least know what awaits for him/her in the test. Also, since the candidate will be conditioned to the test pattern, he/she will be able to attempt the paper fast.
  • Most importantly, candidates should go through the topics they are going to be assessed on. Find sufficient relevant material on each of these topics and prepare accordingly.
  • Regular practice and revision is the key to tackle every exam. Divide the course into a certain number of blocks, and assign a specific time period to each of the blocks. Try to follow the time-table on a regular basis. Also, make sure, you assign a specific period of time for revising the topics studied earlier.
  • Practice last years' question papers. Conduct mock-test sessions wherein you finish a question within the same time duration as that of the exam. Candidates often commit the mistake of only skimming through the sample papers instead of practicing them. However, solving these question papers will not only help candidates to come across important and tricky questions but will also habituate them to the pattern and form their own answering strategies which they can follow in the exam.
