LAT 2021 Preparation Tips
Candidates appearing for the LAT 2021 can go through the given LAT preparation tips to give edge to their preparation:
- First, become familiar with the LAT exam pattern and syllabus. The exam pattern will tell the candidate how to prepare, for instance, since LAT includes objective type questions, so one should focus more on objective questions rather than getting stuck on subjective questions during exam preparation. Meanwhile, the syllabus will tell what to prepare and what to ignore.
- The candidate may mark topics, say, as important, neutral and less important, as this will enable him or her to invest their energies on scoring topics.
- Regular practice and revision is the key, so integrate them in your process. Divide the course into a certain number of blocks, and assign a specific time period to each of the blocks. Try to follow the time-table. Also, do timely revision.
- Practice last years' question papers. Take mock-test sessions wherein you finish a question paper within the same time duration as that of the exam. Many candidates mistake simply skimming through the sample papers instead of practising them. But, solving these question papers will not only teach candidates how to solve tricky questions but will also habituate them to the pattern, which can aid in time managent.
By consulting the exam pattern of LAT 2021 the applicant will get insights into the exam, like the type of questions asked, marking scheme, exam duration, sections and topics covered, etc. This information can be used for aligning one's preparation with exam requirements, which would increase the chances of success.

Hello Aspirant,
LAT is an entrance exam conducted by the Allahabad University for admission into 3 years LLB course .According to last year cutoff if you belong to general category you need a minimum of 170+ . In case you belong to reserved categories , unless you belong to ST category, you will need a minimum score of 150 to stand a chance for admission. For ST category there is no cutoff score hence all candidates are eligible.Hence,if you are an ST candidate then yes you have a chance but otherwise it is not possible as you have scored below the cutoff score.

I got 126 marks in lat 2020 which college I got please suggest
Hello Aspirant,
LAT is an entrance exam conducted by Allahabad University for the 3 year LLB program. The cutoffs vary every year based on factors like number of seats and number of candidates writing the exam. The exact admission possibility cannot be predicted by if you have scored fairly above the expected cutoff , then you will get a decent college,if you do not get in the first round, then surely you will get in the last round . Since you have not mentioned your category I will list out previous year cutoff trend for all category. If you belong to general category then you need 170-180+ to get the desired college. If you are an SC or OBC candidate then 150+ is the safe score,on the other hand for ST category there is no minimum score needed so based on seat availability and your score compared to other applicants in the category ,you will secure admission in a college ,so attend the counselling to see your options.
