MH CET Law Result 2019 - DHE Maharashtra has released the revised final merit list of MH CET law 2019 (3-year law) for MS and OMS category candidates on September 9; the revised final on-hold lists for these categories have been released. Authorities have also released the on-hold list for these categories. Candidates can download MH CET law merit list 2019 for 3-year program, which are available in pdf format, below; no login is required. Revised final merit list of MH CET law 2019 for 5-year program for Maharashtra State (MS), All India Candidature (OMS), and on-hold candidates (MS and OMS category) were released on August 15. The original final MH CET law 2020 merit lists were released on August 8. The provisional (alphabetical) merit lists of MH CET law 2019 for Maharashtra State (MS), All India Candidature (OMS), and J&K candidates were earlier published on July 31. The provisional lists of on-hold candidates, along with the reasons for putting them on-hold, for MS and OMS lists were also published on July 31. The final merit lists includes details like the name and rank of the candidate, merit rank, birth date, category, and also candidature-type. DHE had declared the result of MH CET Law 2019 3-year programme on June 17, 2019. The competent authority had announced the result of MH CET Law 2019 for 5-year programme on May 13, 2019 on official website mahacet.org. MH CET 2019 Law result is declared in online mode. What is the protocol followed by MH CET Law 2019 in case of a tie?

In case of a tie in MH CET law 2019, the protocol followed, in the order of preference is-

MH CET Law 5-year 2019 -

  • Higher percentage of marks in class XII boards or equivalent

  • Higher percentage of marks in first language class XII boards or equivalent

  • Higher percentage of marks in class X boards or equivalent

  • Higher percentage of marks in English Class X boards or equivalent.

MH CET Law 3-year 2019 -

  • postgraduate degree

  • higher percentage of marks in the qualifying examination of postgraduate degree

  • higher percentage of marks in the qualifying examination of the undergraduate degree

  • Higher percentage of marks in class XII boards or equivalent

Hi aspirant,
The rank cutoff for MHCET exam for 5 year course at ILS Law college is 58 for OBC category. And closing rank in previousbyear was around 1414,so if your rank is above this in rank list that college will give out you may secure a seat in this college.

I cleared MHCet Law 3 years in 2017 and I took admission in provided college but as Im working in Indian Army and posted in assam, I didnt appear for exam, my admission got cancelled due to failure, so can I again appear for MHCet law and continue my LLB studies.

Yes you can again give the exam and start your law studies. You have to start it from the starting, you will not get any privelage of being the student of the same course. It's okay.

To make a way out of the ongoing competition and secure a good rank, an effective MH CET law 2020 preparation strategy is unavoidable for candidates.

Here are the tips for strategic preparation for mhcet -

You should be well aware of exam pattern and syllabus for an effective preparation.

The entrance exam consists of 150 MCQs. And 120 minutes is given for the exam. 1 mark is awarded for correct answer and there is no negative marking.

The syllabus contains subjects like law, General knowledge and current affairs, reasoning and English.

You can refer the following books -

Legal aptitude and legal reasoning -Indian Polity by Laxamikant

General knowledge with current affairs -Ncert books of History, Geography and Economics, newspaper

Logical and analytical reasoning - verbal and Non-verbal Ability by TMH PUB. (Arun Sharma)

English - word Power Made Easy by Norman Lewis and any grammar book upto class 12th level

Read Daily current affairs

Always follow your daily routine and give 5 hours to self study.
