Get UpdatesAU BA LLB 2022 - Allahabad University (AU) has announced the BA LLB admission for the academic year 2022-23. The university has released the category-wise cut-offs for admission to BA LLB programme. Candidates who appeared in CUET BA LLB 2022 can appear in the AU BA LLB counselling from November 12, 2022, in online mode. The registration for AU BA LLB admission 2022 started from October 5 to October 15, 2022, as per CUET scores 2022. The admission to the law programme will strictly be based on merit cum preference.

The course fee of Allahabad University BA LLB is approximately Rs. 50,000 (including admission fee) for the first year. From the second year, the annual fees will be Rs. 45,000, which the candidates will have to pay at the time of admission.
The university offers 150 seats. Besides, there are some affiliate colleges that offer seats in BA LLB programme. The detailed distribution of seats are given below.

Mode of Counselling: Offline
Allahabad University (AU) has started counselling of BA LLB admission for candidates who have qualified in the central universities entrance exam. Shortlisted candidates have been invited for counselling which will start from November 12, 2022.
The counselling will be held in multiple rounds, in offline mode. The university will release the cut-offs based on which candidates will be invited for counselling.
Candidates invited for counselling will have to register and submit the documents and counselling fees. The university officials will verify the documents and information provided by the candidates and prepare admission lists. Candidates who fail to appear in counselling will not be considered for admission.

Based upon the LFAT 2019 cutoffs, you seem to have less chances for admission to the top colleges accepting LFAT scores. You may have to wait for the 3rd or 4th round of cutoffs if released where the cutoffs may fall for OBC category.

2019 Cutoff for LFAT for OBC category was 172.80 for the first round, but you may still wait for the latter rounds for the cutoff to go down.
But based on current cutoff you do not stand a chance for any main campus AU college for LLB

Let me brief you out that there is a difference between the qualifying cutoff for the entrance exam and the admission cutoffs released by the colleges.With your marks of 142 you have qualified the entrance exam.Now there will admission lists for different phases with cutoffs gradually decreasing with more of the lists declared.You have not qualified for the first phase of admission based on the cutoff released.Wait for the remaiaing lists to be released by Andhra University.
Based upon the marks you have got and assuming that ypou are from the general category it will be difficult for you to get admission in Andhra University.Following the previous trend of cutoffs the cutoff for this year till the 6th round of admission may end at 160.However if you are from the reserved category you definitely have better chances of admission.
