• Admissions will be made based on merit points based on marks secured in the Entrance Test. The minimum qualifying marks in the Entrance Test shall be 40% for the general category and 35% for the SC category.

• Candidates should have passed their Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 standard) from the Board of School Education, Haryana or an equivalent board with at least 45% marks. For SC/ST and differently abled candidates, the minimum qualifying mark is 42.75%.

• Candidates should have studied English as one of the subjects during their academic studies

• Candidates with a 10+2 standard certification from Open Schools or Open Universities will not be eligible for admission to the BA LLB programme.

• Employed and self-employed candidates will not be eligible for admission.

• Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination and are awaiting their results can apply for admission. However, they will have to produce the necessary documents at the time of counselling.

• Candidates should have passed their Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from any recognised university in any discipline or any equivalent degree from a recognised institution, not less than 45% (general) and 42.75% (SC/ST) in aggregate.
