  • For the 3-year LLB program, one needs to complete graduation in any stream from a recognized university with at least 45% marks for general category candidates or 40% for the reserved category candidates.

  • Entrance Exam (MHCET Law):

  • The aspirants have to take MHCET Law to get into the various integrated 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB programmes up for grabs in affiliated colleges. MHCET Law will be a computer-based entrance examination, with Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English, and General Knowledge with Current Affairs sections. For the 5-year LLB course, there is an additional mathematics section.

  • Age Limit: The Bar Council of India has not set any upper age limit for any of the candidates applying for admission into either one of the two LLB programs - 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB.
