The AIBE cutoff is the minimum mark candidates need to score to qualify for the exam. Candidates must meet or exceed these minimum marks to qualify for the AIBE XXI 2026 and receive the Certificate of Practice (CoP) from the Bar Council of India.
Candidates who clear the AIBE XXI 2026 exam are awarded the Certificate of Practice (CoP) by the Bar Council of India. This certificate is essential for practising law in Indian courts and tribunals. After qualifying, candidates must apply for the CoP by submitting necessary documents such as their law degree marksheets, enrollment proof with the State Bar Council, identification proof, and recent passport-size photographs. The CoP is issued by the respective State Bar Council where the candidate is enrolled. The certificate confirms that the advocate has met all professional standards regulated by the BCI and is authorised to represent clients before courts.
