Such candidates receive provisional registration for up to two years, during which they must clear the All India Bar Examination to continue practising.

• Age limit: There is no upper age limit to appear in AIBE XXI 2026.

• Ineligibility based on non-recognition: Any candidate, whether a student or graduate, studying or having passed from a university or college not recognised/approved by BCI will not be eligible to appear for AIBE.
