BHU LLB 2020 - Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will conduct BHU LLB 2020 exam tentatively in the 3rd week of May 2020 for admission to its 3-year LLB program; the seat intake for the program is 230. The exam will be conducted in both pen-paper (OMR based) and Computer Based Test (CBT) modes. Pen-paper mode will be conducted in around 45 cities, while CBT mode will have around 115 cities across the country. The online application form of BHU LLB 2020 will open sometime in the 2nd week of February; BHU LLB aspirants have to submit the application before the last date. BHU LLB admit cards for successfully registered candidates will be issued around the 1st week of May. The entrance exam will be of 2-hour duration and will be MCQ type. Results of the exam will be declared tentatively in 3rd week of June, which will be followed by counselling for shortlisted candidates. BHU LLB Eligibility Criteria 2020

To be considered for admission to the LLB program, candidates must meet prescribed BHU LLB 2020 eligibility criteria. BHU LLB 2020 eligibility criteria relates to qualifying exam passed, marks obtained in the qualifying exam, and also age limit. Only such candidates who meet these eligibility criteria will be considered for admission.

Eligibility criteria of BHU LLB 2020 - Quick overview

  1. Qualifying exam (QE) - One must have passed B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com./ Shastri (at least 10+2+3 pattern) or any equivalent exam under at least 10+2+3 pattern.

  2. Marks in QE - General category candidates must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in qualifying exam, while OBC candidates need 45%. Meanwhile, ST and SC candidates need only 40% to be eligible.

  3. Such candidates who have passed 10+2 exam or obtained Graduation/Post-graduation from Open University system directly without any basic qualification for such studies are however not eligible for admission.

BHU LLB Application Form 2020

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will release the application form of BHU LLB 2020 for eligible candidates around the 2nd week of February. The BHU LLB 2020 application form will be available in online mode only, so candidates needs to go to the online application portal, get registered and fill the form. BHU LLB Exam Pattern 2020

BHU LLB Admit Card 2020


BHU officials will upload the admit card of BHU LLB 2020 on the university entrance portal and also send it to the registered email id of the applicant. The BHU LLB 2020 admit card will be released around the 1st week of May. An important document for taking the exam, the BHU LLB admit card will carry crucial details like the name roll number of the candidate, date and time of exam, and details of the exam venue.

How to download BHU LLB 2020 admit card

  1. Go to admit card download portal (link will be provided on this page once admit card goes live)

  2. Log-in using unique registration id.

  3. Upon successful log-in, the BHU LLB admit card will appear on screen

  4. Download and take a printout.

The candidate at the time of downloading the admit card of BHU LLB 2020 needs to ensure that details mentioned on it are legible and correct (like spelling of the name, etc). If there is any discrepancy, then one should immediately contact exam officials.

BHU LLB Exam Centres 2020

Aspirants can appear in BHU LLB 2020 entrance exam in either online or offline mode. The offline exam will be available in 45 cities, whereas the pen-and-paper (offline) exam will be administered in 115 cities across India. Candidate will be able to select their preferred mode at the time of filling out the application form. It is however important to note here that one cannot select both the options. It is because both the computer-based test (offline) and pen-and-paper test will be held at the same time and on the same day. The detail of the allotted BHU LLB 2020 exam centre will be mentioned on the admit card.

BHU LLB Answer Key 2020

After conclusion of the exam, BHU will first release a provisional BHU LLB 2020 answer key, which will contain answers to all 150 MCQs asked in the exam. The candidate by comparing their own answers with those given on the provisional answer key of BHU LLB 2020 will be able to calculate probable scores and consequently estimate their chances of admission based on this score. There is also provision to challenge the provisional BHU LLB answer key 2020. The final answer key of BHU LLB will be released after considering all such complaints.

BHU LLB Result 2020

Exam officials will announce the result of BHU LLB 2020 tentatively in the 3rd week of June 2020; the result could be checked in online mode through BHU entrance portal; the result link will also be updated on this page once it is released. One can check BHU LLB 2020 result by entering one’s roll number and date of birth. BHU LLB result 2020 will contain information like the registration and application number of applicants, roll number, and section-wise and overall marks obtained in the exam.

BHU LLB Merit List 2020

Exam officials will release the merit list of BHU LLB 2020 after declaration of result. The merit list would be released in online mode and will contain the merit rank of the candidate in the entrance exam. Such candidates who are ranked higher in the BHU LLB 2020 have a better shot at admission or being offered a higher preference seat, compared to a lower merit-ranked candidate. It is because the higher ranked candidate will be given preference during seat allotment.

BHU LLB Counselling 2020

Candidates who have qualified BHU LLB 2020 and are listed in the merit list would invited for BHU LLB 2020 counselling, which will be conducted in online mode. All eligible candidates will be issued call letters that the candidates have to download and get a printout of. Eligible candidates have to next participate in online preference entry. The allotment of seats will be done based on both the merit rank of the candidate and choices selected for admission.

BHU LLB Cutoff 2020

The university will release the category-wise BHL LLB 2020 cutoff for its LLB program at the time of counselling and seat allotment. The cutoff of BHU LLB 2020 being the last score (or rank) for admission, any candidate who scores (or is ranked) below the cutoff is generally out of the admission process. BHU LLB cutoff 2020 will is influenced by factors like number of applicants, seats available, performance of applicants in CLAT 2020, etc.

Hello,

The eligibility criteria for admission in LLB course in Banaras Hindu University states that the candidates must have a degree of B. A/B. Sc/B. Com with a minimum of 50 percent marks (for General category)  and 40 percent (for OBC and SC/ST candidates). The degree must be recognized by the bar council of India. For B. A LLB, minimum requirement is of passing 12th examination from a recognized board. There is no age limit prescribed for this course.

it is nice to hear your desire to join in the BHU main campus, that's great and coming to the cutoff marks for general category in BHU uet in BSC biological science is 92 marks and if you gain 400 marks then you has a chance to get into the main campus.

NCERT textbooks can prove to be beneficial for the UET exam. The major concepts which are asked in the exam can be covered through it. Yes, of course you can. BHU UET is conducted in both offline and online mode. It has exam centres all over India. In West Bengal, offline test centres are in Kolkata and Siliguri. And online test centres are in Kolkata, Asansol and Siliguri.
