BHU LLB 2020 - Banaras Hindu University (BHU) will conduct the BHU LLB 2020 entrance exam between August 16-31. The exam is administered in both online and offline modes. The university had earlier opened the option to change most preferred Test City (Choice 1) in BHU LLB application form till June 20. To make changes, the candidate had to log-in using used id and password. The application form of BHU LLB was released BHU LLB application form 2020 on January 30 and was available till March 12. The university will conduct the BHU LLB 2020 exam for admission to its 3-year LLB program; the seat intake for the program is 230. To be considered for admission to the LLB program, candidates must meet prescribed BHU LLB 2020 eligibility criteria. BHU LLB 2020 eligibility criteria relates to qualifying exam passed, marks obtained in the qualifying exam, and also age limit. Eligibility criteria of BHU LLB 2020 - Quick overview
Qualifying exam (QE) - One must have passed B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com./ Shastri (at least 10+2+3 pattern) or any equivalent exam under at least 10+2+3 pattern.
Marks in QE - General category candidates must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in qualifying exam, while OBC candidates need 45%. Meanwhile, ST and SC candidates need only 40% to be eligible.
Such candidates who have passed 10+2 exam or obtained Graduation/Post-graduation from Open University system directly without any basic qualification for such studies are however not eligible for admission.

Aspirants can appear in BHU LLB 2020 entrance exam in either online or offline mode. The offline exam will be available in 45 cities, whereas the pen-and-paper (offline) exam will be administered in 115 cities across India. Candidate will be able to select their preferred mode at the time of filling out the application form. It is, however, important to note here that one cannot select both the options. It is because both the computer-based test (offline) and pen-and-paper test will be held at the same time and on the same day. To be eligible for BHU UET for courses that fall under Arts, Commerce and Science, Candidates should not be more than 22 years of age as on July 1st, 2021. That means you should have been born on or after July 1st, 1999. But if you have completed your 12th in 2017, you will be around 21 years in 2021. And if your birthday falls on or after July 1st, 1998, then even if you have completed your 12th in 2017, you are still eligible for BHU UET.
