MH CET Law Exam Pattern 2020 - Directorate of Higher Education Maharashtra will release MH CET Law 2020 exam pattern for both undergraduate law courses, namely, 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB. MH CET Law exam will be conducted separately for both UG courses of Law. While the 5-year LLB will be conducted tentatively in the third week of April 2020, the exam for 3-year LLB will be conducted around the first week of June, 2020. There will be 150 questions in MH CET Law paper. The questions will be asked from different topics like general knowledge, legal aptitude, reasoning etc. While the exam pattern is same for both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB course, the syllabus and standard of MH CET Law will vary according to the law programme. The syllabus for both the law programme is the same, except that, 5-year LLB programme will have an additional subject as Maths. And, the standard of questions will vary according to the programme.
For 3-year LLB programme, questions from graduation level are expected to be asked. Similarly, for 5-year LLB programme, questions from the intermediate level will be asked in the examination. Candidates can refer to the syllabus given below.
Legal aptitude and legal reasoning - Study of Law, Legal aptitude and problem-solving ability, legal prepositions with facts. The facts may not be true in the real sense, but candidates will have to answer the questions by using the facts.
General knowledge with current affairs - History (Ancient, Medieval and Modern), Geography, General Science, Economics, Civics, and Current affairs.
Logical and analytical reasoning - Completing arguments, drawing well-supported conclusions, reasoning by analogy, applying principles or rules. Sets and statements, puzzle etc
English - Vocabulary, Synonyms, Antonyms, Analogies, Idioms and Phrases, One-word Substitution, Sentence Improvement and rearrangement, fill in the blanks, Errors - Common errors, Spotting errors, inappropriate usage of words, spelling mistakes etc, English Comprehension etc.
Maths (For 5-year LLB only) - Profit and Loss, Speed and Distance, Time and Work, Algebra, Average, Venn Diagram, etc
The MH CET Law 2020 exam will be conducted in English and Marathi languages.
Multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam and candidates will have to choose one option out of 4 given options.

The first step towards MHT CET Preparation is to understand the MHT CET Syllabus completely. As per the latest MHT CET Syllabus mentions that the questions will be application base.
