The VIT School of Law, Chennai (VITSOL) has announced the VITLEE 2025 exam date on its website. The VITLEE exam 2025 will be held on April 20, 2025, across 53 cities and 20 states in India. Candidates planning to appear for the VITLEE 2025 exam must go through the admission eligibility criteria. VITLEE 2025 will be held for admission to BA LLB and BBA LLB programmes offered by VITSOL. Any failure to produce the educational qualification or age-proof documents during counselling will result in disqualification.

Minimum passing marks

The eligibility requirement is 70% aggregate marks (with a 10% relaxation granted to SC/ST candidates and those from Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and the North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura)

Class 12th students

Students appearing for their Class 12 exam in 2025 are also eligible to apply for VITLEE exam

As per the VITSOL, candidates can attempt the VITLEE 2025 exam only once.

VITLEE 2025 Application Form

VITSOL is currently accepting the VITLEE application forms. Interested candidates can fill out the application form from the official website: chennai.vit.ac.in. The last date to submit the VITLEE application form 2025 has been extended till April 7, 2025. Candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 1200 to complete the registration process.

How to fill out the VITLEE 2025 Application Form

Follow these steps to complete the VITLEE registration form 2025 process:

  • Visit the official website - chennai.vit.ac.in and click on new registration link

  • Verify the email address by using the OTP received from VIT

  • Once OTP is validated, a password will be sent to the registered E-Mail ID. The email ID and password should be preserved till the end of the admission process.

  • Login and fill out the application form

  • Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,200 online using Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Paytm.

  • Upload the prescribed documents, such as age proof and the 12th Marksheet

  • Submit the VITLEE 2025 application form
