MH CET law counselling 2021 for 3-year LLB - The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has released the merit list (Institute-level round) on February 14, 2022. The shortlisted candidates should seek admission at their allotted colleges in between February 15, 2022 to February 18, 2022. Earlier, the seat allotment list for MH CET Law 2021 3-year LLB had been released on January 31, 2022. Candidates can download the alphabetical lists, final merit lists, and counselling data from the download links given below in this article.
MH CET Law Counselling 2021 for 5-year LLB - The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has published extended institute level admission round merit list on February 10, 2022. The shortlisted candidates will have to seek admission at their allotted colleges. Earlier, the State Cell, had published MH CET law institute level merit list for 5-year LLB on February 03, 2022. State CET Cell, Maharashtra is currently conducting the institutional round of counselling. The round 2 MH CET law seat allocation list was released on January 18, 2022. Under institutional round of counselling is conducted at the end of the admission process to fill the vacant seats.

MH CET law counselling 2021 - Centralized Admission Process (CAP)
The centralized admission process of MH CET law counselling is conducted in the following steps.
Online registration for CAP
Candidates who secured a non-Zero score in MH CET law 2021 are be eligible for MH CET law CAP registration 2021. For registration, candidates have to log in using their CET cell ID and password. Candidates have to fill and submit the online CAP application and upload the requisite certificates, as applicable and upload the documents as per the instructions given by the CET Cell. Candidates should keep the following documents handy for participating in the MH CET law counselling process.

Maharashtra State Type-A Candidates | Domicile Certificate of the candidate from the State of Maharashtra. |

E-scrutiny of documents for verification
The expert committee of the CET Cell verifies the documents submitted by the candidates and update the verification status on the counselling portal. However, the final document verification is conducted at the admitting college.
MH CET law merit list (Provisional and Final)
The State CET Cell authorities publish the provisional merit list for MH CET law 2021. The merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam. For both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB, an alphabetical list of MS (Maharashtra State) and OMS (Other State) candidates is uploaded on the counselling portal.
The candidates are given an opportunity to raise their objections against the merit list and submit their grievances. Following which a rescrutiny is conducted followed by the publication of final merit list.
First-round seat allotment and reporting at college
Based on the final merit list, the CET cell prepares a seat allotment list indicating the college allotments. The seat allotment is conducted based on merit cum preference. After seat allotment, candidates have to accept the seat by paying the seat acceptance fee at the Admission Reporting Centre.
Candidates have to report to law colleges in order to confirm their admission. The law colleges verify the candidate’s details upload the admission status of the candidates.

MH CET law counselling (CAP) - Second round
For the second round of counselling, the CET Cell publishes the status of vacant seats available for admission.
Candidates should note that -
Those who are allotted admission as per their first college preference will not be able to participate in the next round of MH CET law CAP 2021. Their allotment will be auto frozen.
Candidates who are allotted seats in colleges other than the first preference will have two option - First - accept the seat and complete the admission process by reporting at ARC and the allotted college. Second - participate in the next round of CAP for the betterment of allotment.
Candidates who have been allotted seats other than the first preference and have accepted the seats will by reporting at the ARC also be eligible for participating in the second round of MHCET law 2021 counselling.
Candidates who have not registered for CAP so far will be eligible for appearing in the second round of CAP.
The counselling process under CAP round 2 will be similar to round 1. Candidates will have to register for the CAP and upload their documents on the counselling portal. The authorities will verify the documents and release a provisional merit list based on marks obtained by the candidates in MH CET law 2021. This will be followed by the seat allotment process which is conducted again based on merit cum preference.
Candidates who could not secure admission in the second round or those not satisfied with their allotment will have the opportunity to participate in the subsequent rounds. The colleges may also conduct the spot round admission to fill the vacant seats left after the final round of counselling.

The state cell of Maharashtra which is conducting authority regarding MHT CET LAW exam has now extended the last date of application for three years LLB till 22nd June, and the exam for the same will be held on 3rd August,
MHT CET Law will be conducted for two hours in MCQs format, there is no negative marking scheme, the paper will be bilingual in Marathi and English, it consists of four sections as follows
- English consists of 50 questions for 50 Marks
- General Knowledge and Current Affairs consists of 40 questions for 40 Marks,
- Logical and Analytical Reasoning consists of 30 questions for 30 Marks,
- Legal Aptitude consists of 30 questions for 30 Marks

You haven't clearly mentioned the exam you are enquiring here. From what you have specified we understood that you are enquiring regarding MH CET 3 year LLB Entrance Examination. If this is the exam you are enquiring here then if you don't appear for the entrance examination you will not be eligible to get admission in to a law school accepting MH CET 3 year LLB course. The fee paid towards the application will not be refunded to you if you want to claim. The application fee is non refundable. These are the consequences of not taking MH CET 3 year LLB exam.

NSDL means National Securities Depository Limited. NSDL depository system provides a facility for allotment of securities directly into the depository account of the investors in the Demat form. As per SEBI guidelines, trades in shares issued through the public shall be settled only in Demat form. Investors should seek allotment in Demat form.
How to register and pay registration fees:-
Click option New user registration → SPEED-e.
Select options A) Clients → Password Users → REGISTER.
Fill up the details online.
Add CM BP ID(s) of your Clearing Member(s) (Stockbrokers) under Pre-notified Accounts.
One Time Password (OTP) will be sent on the mobile number and email ID registered in the Demat account.
Validate your registration request using the OTP received.
Upon successful validation of OTP, registration requests will be sent to the concerned DP and Clearing Member(s) for authorization.
DP will authorize the registration request electronically and inform you through email.
Clearing Member(s) will authorize the client’s request for the addition of a pre-notified account through the SPEED-e facility. In case, your Clearing Member has not subscribed to the SPEED-e facility, then you need to submit a consent letter in a prescribed format from CM to your DP.
You will be able to access the SPEED-e facility after authorization by your DP and may submit instructions after successful authorization of addition of pre-notified account by Clearing Member.

You must indicate that you are still in your last year of study on the application form. Under the graduation-related alternatives in the academics area, there will be two options.
1. If you are a Bachelor's degree student in your final year, and 2. If you have completed your degree. You must choose the first option.

There is no age limit to give MHT CET LAW exam so you will be eligible for the exam. The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Maharashtra has released the application form of MH CET law 2022 for 3-year LLB programme on March 24, 2022. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information. The last date to submit the application form is April 7 for 5-year LLB MH CET law 2022, and April 12, for 3-year LLB. The MH CET law 2022 application form for both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB will be available on the official website of CET Cell cetcell.mahcet.org.
