The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLUs) has opened the CLAT PG 2026 application form on August 1, 2025. Interested candidates can visit the official website - consortiumofnlus.ac.in to fill the CLAT PG application form 2025. The direct link of the CLAT LLM 2026 application form is provided below. The last date to fill out the CLAT PG 2026 application form is October 31, 2025. The CLAT LLM application process involves registration and filling application form, uploading of documents and application fee payment. The CLAT PG 2026 registration fee is Rs. 4,000 for general/OBC candidates and Rs. 3,500 for candidates from SC/ST category. After the CLAT PG application form is closed, the CNLUs will open the CLAT PG 2026 application correction window. Applicants can make changes in their application, which include details like test centre preferences, name, date of birth, programme applied (UG/PG), and reservations eligibility till the last date.

Candidates aspiring to appear for the CLAT PG exam must complete CLAT PG 2026 registration before the deadline. The consortium has announced the CLAT PG exam date 2026 through an official notification on its website. The CLAT LLM 2026 exam will be held on December 7, 2025 from 2 pm to 4 pm. The authorities will conduct the exam in offline mode at the designated CLAT PG exam centres across India.

The CLAT LLM 2026 application process include steps such as CLAT PG 2026 registration, document upload, payment of application fee etc. The entire CLAT PG registration process will be carried out in online mode only. The first step in the CLAT LLM 2026 application process is basic registration. Candidates need to enter their registered mobile number, email address, password and other details. To register for CLAT PG 2026, candidates need to follow the steps:
Log onto consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
Next, click on “New Registration”.
Enter your mobile number, email address, password and captcha code.
An OTP will be sent to the candidate's registered number.
Enter the OTP and activate your CLAT account.

After completing the registration process, candidates will be required to fill out the detailed application form for CLAT LLM 2026. Aspirants will be required to enter the below-given details in the CLAT LLM application form:
Recent passport-size photograph in the given specifications.
Name, date of birth, gender, parent’s names, nationality, residential status and NRI status (if applicable).
Click on the “Next” button after entering all the details.
In this section, candidates will be required to enter their communication details like permanent address, correspondence address, email id and phone number.
Educational Details
Students will also be required to enter their educational details like marks in class 10, 12, education board, total percentage etc.
In this part, students will have to enter three test centre preferences. Candidates can select three exam centre choices in order of their preference. The most preferred exam centre must be filled at number one, while the least preferred among three should be entered in the third column.
In this step, candidates will be required to fill in their reservation details. Almost all the NLUs give reservations to candidates based on their state-domicile. Apart from state-domicile reservations, there are various other CLAT reservation criteria 2026. The percentage-wise domicile reservation criteria of NLUs has been given below:

The final step in the CLAT PG application form filling process is payment of the registration fee. Applicants will be required to make the CLAT 2026 application fee payment in online mode only. The category-wise CLAT PG 2026 application fee has been mentioned below:

Candidates who applied for the exam will be able to download their CLAT PG 2026 admit card. The CLAT PG admit card 2026 will be released tentatively two weeks before the exam date. The CLAT LLM admit card will be available for download through the official portal - consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The CLAT PG admit card will consist of important information like the date of the exam, name of the exam centre, detailed address of the exam centre, the timings of the exam, etc. Candidates must note that the admit card is a mandatory document that every candidate needs to carry on the day of the test.

For CLAT PG 2026, if you aim for top NLUs like NALSAR, NLSIU and WBNUJS, a score of around 75+ marks (rank within 100 ) is generally good for the general category
Cut-offs change every year, so try to score as high as possible for a better chance.

For the best academic value and recognition choose NMIMS, or the Nirma University is also good. The DNLU is newer and can be considered as well but if we choose any one, then it is NMIMS.
