TS PGLCET Application Form 2017– The Application Form for TS PGLCET 2017 will be made available from March 18 by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education. Candidates applying for LL.M courses through the Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test 2017 should ensure that they fill the Application Form of TS PGLCET 2017 before the last date. While filling the TS PGLCET 2017 Application Form, candidates should also remember to enter only the correct information as given in their official certificates and documents. The TS PGLCET Application Form 2017 can only be filled in online mode. Candidates will have to complete the registration formalities for TS PGLCET before filling the application form. The registration for TS PGLCET 2017 will require candidates to submit their basic details such as name, date of birth, email address and mobile number as well as pay the applicable registration fees. The last date for TS PGLCET 2017 Application Form submission will be April 21 (extended from April 18). Candidates who submit the TS PGLCET Application Form 2017 after the given last date will have to pay additional late fees.

TS PGLCET Application Form 2017 should only be submitted with the candidate’s correct details. Candidates should be very careful in filling the required fields in the application form of TS PGLCET 2017 and should refer their official documents while doing the same.

Candidates should ensure they hold the original copies of these documents with them and only then proceed with the TS PGLCET Application Process. Successful submission of TS PGLCET Application Form within the given dates will be possible for candidates if they hold these documents in their possession for ready reference.
Registration process of TS PGLCET 2017 will require candidates to pay the application fees and fill other basic details. Only after the submission of fees will candidates be able to proceed with filling the TS PGLCET 2017 Online Application Form.
LL.M candidates will have to pay Rs. 600 as registration fees for the Telangana Post Graduate Law Entrance. For SC/ST candidates, the registration fees will be Rs. 500.
Payment for TS PGLCET 2017 can only be completed online through the steps given below.
Procedure for TS PGLCET 2017 Application Fee Submission- TS PGLCET 2017 candidates can submit the application fees using Debit/Credit Cards through payment gateway of Visa/Mastercard/Maestro or through their local TS/AP Online/Mee-Seva/e-Seva Centres.
Steps to pay via TS/AP Online/e-Seva/Mee-Seva Centres-
Candidates should visit their local TS/AP Online/e-Seva/Mee-Seva centres with their official documents containing proof of Hall Ticket Number of their degree exam, their name, their father’s name, their Date of Birth, their SSC/other recognized exam’s Hall Ticket Number. They should also submit their mobile number.
Upon paying their fees of Rs. 600 or Rs. 500 as applicable, they will be provided with a receipt containing a Transaction ID.
Candidates should then visit the ‘Registration Fee Payment Procedure’ page through the official link given in this page and click on the “Click here if paid through TS Online/AP Online” button.
On the ‘Payment Verification’ page that opens, candidates should select the payment through TS/AP Online option, enter their TS/AP Online Transaction ID, their name, mobile number and date of birth in the given fields.
Their payment process will conclude once they click on the ‘Proceed to Online Application form filling’ button and they will then be able to fill the TS PGLCET Online Application Form 2017.
Steps to pay via Debit/Credit Card-
Candidates who wish to pay via Debit/Credit Card can do so from any place with Internet facility. They must keep their Card details ready before visiting the ‘Registration Fee Payment Procedure’ page and clicking on the “Click here to pay online using your Debit Card/Credit Card/Netbanking” button.
On the “Payment through Credit Card/Debit Card” page that opens, candidates should note the Payment Reference Number shown on screen. They should then fill the ‘Payment Gateway using Credit Card/Debit Card’ form. In the form, they should select whether they belong to ‘SC/ST’ or ‘Others’ category, enter their degree exam’s hall ticket number, their name, mobile number, Date of Birth, select the PGLCET option under entrance exam they are applying for, enter the applicable fee amount and click on the ‘Make Payment’ button.
Candidates will then be taken to the payment gateway page where they must enter their card details. They can select the appropriate card type (VISA, MasterCard or Maestro), enter the Card Number, select the valid thru date/year, enter name on the card, CVV number and security pin. Finally, they should click on the ‘Proceed to Verify and fill Application form’ button.
On the ‘Payment Status’ page that opens after the card details are processed, a “Transaction is successful” message will appear containing a Payment Reference ID and Transaction ID. Candidates can note these and click the ‘Proceed to Online Application Form Filling’ button to fill the TS PGLCET Application Form 2017.
Important– Once the payment for TS PGLCET 2017 has been made, candidates cannot cancel, exchange or seek refund for the registration fees. Submission of fees also does not mean automatic eligibility for TS PGLCET 2017. The rejection or acceptance of TS PGLCET 2017 Application Form will take place at the discretion of the TS PGLCET 2017 committee.
How to fill TS PGLCET Online Application Form 2017- After registration payment process for TS PGLCET 2017 is concluded through either of the above given modes, candidates will be able to fill the TS PGLCET Application Form online. Candidates should follow the below given steps and carefully enter the required information in the 14 sections of the form in a correct manner to ensure successful submission of the TS PGLCET Online Application Form 2017.
Section 1 – Candidate Details
Refer to SSC/other recognized certificate and enter name, Mother’s name, Father’s name, Date of Birth and select gender.
Section 2 – Qualifying Examination
Select the B.L./L.L.B. option, then whether appearing or passed, when passed, enter Hall Ticket number of the degree exam, percentage of marks secured and select the place of study for degree, whether Municipality/Corporation or Rural.
Section 3 – Entrance Examination
Do not select either of the given TS LAWCET options. If a TS PGLCET option for LL.M is visible, select the same.
Section 4 – Photo and Signature
Upload scanned photograph and signature in .jpg format.
Section 5 – Regional Center for appearing the test
Candidate can select their preferred TS PGLCET exam centre from the drop-down menu from the three applicable options.
Section 6 – Category
Refer to caste certificate and select appropriate category if applicable.
Section 7 – Seeking Admission under Special Category
Choose between NCC, CAP or Sports reservation if applicable or leave the section blank.
Section 8 – Local Area Status
Select between TS OU (Osmania University), Residuary AP (Andhra University/Sri Venkateswara University) or the Non-Local option as applicable.
Section 9 – Minority
Select the Minority option from the drop down menu or the Non-Minority option if not applicable.
Section 10 – Address for Correspondence
Enter the House No. or ‘Care of’ address along with the other required details correctly.
Section 11 – SSC or Equivalent (10th Class)
Select SSC/10th class Board, enter Hall Ticket Number of that exam, choose month and year of passing and place of study from among Municipality/Corporation or Rural.
Section 12 – Physically Challenged (Handicapped)
Select handicap from among visual, hearing or ortho or leave blank.
Section 13 – Intermediate or Equivalent (12th Class)
Enter in same way as in Section 11, but for Intermediate/12th class details.
Section 14 – Annual Income of the Parents in (Rs.)
Refer Income certificate and choose whether it is below one lakh, between one lakh and two lakh or if more than two lakhs.
After filling the above 14 sections, candidates should carefully read through them once again for any mistakes and then click on the ‘I accept the Terms and Conditions’ box under the Declaration given at the bottom of the page. Clicking on the ‘Next’ button will show the candidates a preview of their filled TS PGLCET Application Form 2017 before submission. If candidates need to make any changes to any of the sections, they can make use of the ‘Edit’ option and if satisfied, they may press the ‘Submit’ button.
Following the above steps carefully and in the correct manner should ensure that the candidates have successfully completed the TS PGLCET registration process and submitted the TS PGLCET 2017 Application Form.
Important– The TS PGLCET application page will automatically display red flag alerts if candidates have left any of the required fields blank or entered details in an incorrect format. Candidates are advised to take a printout of their online application form as it contains the candidate’s TS PGLCET registration number which will be needed for all future correspondence.
After filling TS PGLCET Application Form 2017-
After the successful submission of TS PGLCET 2017 Application Form, candidates will be able to download their TS PGLCET 2017 Admit Cards/Hall Tickets from May 17, ten days before TS PGLCET is held on May 27, 2017.

A total of 5,701 seats were available in the convener quota in ME/MTech/MPharm/MArch courses and for the Law there are total around 554 seats under the convener quota and since you belong to the SC/ST Category there are no particular qualifying qualifying marks or percentage for you.
Seeing the last trends, there are chances that you may get a seat under the quota but there can not be certainty as it depends as what is your rank in the SC/ST Category.
