KLEE Counselling 2026: Vacant Seat Allotment List, Final Seat Allotment List, Seats, Documents
Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala (CEE Kerala) will conduct the KLEE 2026 counselling in multiple rounds for admissions into 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes. All candidates who score above the qualifying cut-off in the KLEE 2026 result are eligible to take part in the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). The KLEE 2026 seat allotment will be released in two phases on the official website: cee.kerala.gov.in for 5-year LLB & 3-year LLB programmes. The authorities will publish the first phase of KLEE 2026 provisional and final seat allotment in late July 2026. The KLEE 2026 final seat allotment result for the second phase of counselling is expected to be published in early August 2026. Candidates who receive an allotment must report for admission to the Principal of the allotted colleges by mid-August 2026, along with their allotment memo and original documents.

CEE will commence the option registration facility for vacant seat allotment round in case of any vacant seats remaining after the main counselling phases. This vacant seat allotment round is expected to commence in late August 2026 on the official website: cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates who want to participate in this process will typically have a 4-5 day window in August 2026 to submit their options.
CEE Kerala conducts the Kerala Law Entrance Exam for admission into 5-year LLB, 3-year LLB and LLM courses of participating law colleges in Kerala. For KLEE 2026 there are 3120 seats for 5-year LLB and 1110 seats for 3-year LLB. For KLEE LLM, there are 155 available seats. KLEE 2026 counselling takes place in multiple rounds and candidates are allotted seats as per the vacant seats available after each round.

CEE Kerala declares the KLEE 2026 result in the form of KLEE rank list for each of the law programmes in online mode. Candidates who score more than the qualifying marks are invited for counselling of KLEE 2026 based on their ranks. KLEE Seat Allotment 2026
The authorities will publish the KLEE 2026 allotment list after closing the KLEE 2026 counselling registration window. The KLEE allotment 2026 will be published in online mode. The KLEE 5-year LLB allotment 2026 and KLEE 3-year LLB allotment 2026 will be issued separately. The KLEE allotment 2026 will be available on the official website. The allotment is only provisional as the shortlisted candidates will have to submit their documents for verification and complete other admission formalities at the allotted college.
Documents Required for KLEE Counselling 2026
For verification, candidates must carry original documents along with copies of the certificates to the allotted college. Upon completion of the verification of documents submitted by the candidate, the principal of the allotted college will approve the admission. The list of documents that will be presented at the time of KLEE counselling 2026 is as follows:
- Candidate’s datasheet
- Qualifying mark sheet and certificates
- Transfer certificate
- Four passport-size photographs
- Allotment letter
- Migration certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile certificate (if applicable)
Who Can Participate in the Second Phase of KLEE 2026 Counselling?
- Candidates who were allotted a seat in the first phase and got admitted to the allotted colleges and continued in their admitted status.
- Candidates who registered options for the first phase of counselling, but did not receive any allotment can also register for the second phase of KLEE counselling 2026.
KLEE 2026 Qualifying Cut Off
Only those candidates who clear the minimum qualifying cut off will be eligible to participate in the KLEE 2026 counselling process. The qualifying cut off for different categories is given below.

KLEE Counselling 2026 Reservation Criteria
The reservation criteria followed for KLEE 2026 will be as per the norms prescribed by the state government. Currently, 60% of the seats are available under the state merit category. Given below is the KLEE 2026 counselling reservation criteria.

CEE Kerala will release the KLEE 2026 cut off in online mode on its official website - cee.kerala.gov.in. The cut-off will be released for each round of admission. It will be released separately for the two LLB and LLM programmes. Only those candidates who clear the KLEE cut off 2026 will be eligible to take admission. The cut-off would be released category-wise and separately for each college.

- The KLEE counselling and seat allotment will be conducted in multiple rounds after the declaration of the cut-off list.
- Candidates whose results of the KLEE exam are pending can also participate in the counselling of KLEE 2026.
