TS PGLCET 2018

TS PGLCETTS PGLCET 2018 – Osmania University, Hyderabad will conduct TS PGLCET 2018 on May 25, 2018. Candidates who wish to seek admission in the post graduate law programmes will have to appear in TS PGLCET 2018 and also qualify it as well. The medium of law examination provided by Osmania University would be English and Telugu. The university will offer 580 seats and TS PGLCET 2018 will also witness participation of 13 colleges. TS PGLCET 2018 will be conducted in offline mode wherein the candidates will be required to attempt the law entrance examination in person. History of TS PGLCET

Before 2014, admissions to post graduate law colleges of Andhra Pradesh used to take place through a single entrance examination called PGLCET. But since the birth of Telangana state and split of two states, examinations are now held state-wise, namely – TS PGLCET and AP PGLCET. The centre for the last unified PGLCET exam was Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati in 2014. TS PGLCET exam has been conducted by the Kakatiya University, Warangal since then. But this year it is being conducted in Osmania University, Hyderabad.

TS PGLCET 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Law aspirants who wish to appear in TS PGLCET 2018 are advised to read the Eligibility Criteria of TS PGLCET 2018 attentively and also with a keen eyes.

  • TS PGLCET Eligibility Criteria 2018 mentions  that a candidates appearing in TS PGLCET 2018 should hold a three year or five year integrated law programme.

  • Candidates who have appeared/appearing for three year or five year integrated law programme are also eligible for applying in TS PGLCET 2018.

  • Moreover, The Candidates seeking admission into LL.M. (Private Appearance) of Osmania University, Hyderabad shall have a minimum experience of 3-years as a judicial officer or 3-years standing as an advocate on the date of appearing for TS PGLCET-2018.

  • Candidates who are Non- Indian nationals and appearing for TS PGLCET 2018 must satisfy the rules and conditions of the concerned Universities.

  • However, candidates who are Indian nationals are automatically eligible for TS PGLCET 2018 as long as they satisfy the required local/non-local status requirements laid down by the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) Order, 1974 and its subsequent amendments.

TS PGLCET 2018 Application Form

Candidates who wish to seek admission in the post graduate programmes offered by Osmania University can now get access of the Application Form of TS PGLCET 2018 on March 25, 2018. TS PGLCET 2018 Application Form is available in online mode. Law aspirants are advised to apply before April 25, 2018 for TS PGLCET 2018 as the applications will end on the same. Candidates will be able to fill the application form of TS PGLCET 2018 through their registered accounts wherein the applicants will have to register themselves to carry on further process. After  registration, the candidates will be sent a registration number and password on their registered email id along with a validation link. Moreover, after filling TS PGLCET application form 2018, they will be required to remit the application fee in online mode using any of the convenient payment options Debit/Credit Card or through TS Online centres.

Candidates appearing in TS PGLCET 2018 conducted by Osmania University, Hyderabad are advised to take a look at the exam centres of TS PGLCET 2018 before filling the application form. TS PGLCET 2018 Admit Card

Law applicants appearing in TS PGLCET 2018 will be given access to the Admit Card of TS PGLCET 2018on May 22, 2018. Candidates can download TS PGLCET Admit Card 2018 through their registered accounts. The law aspirants should also note that TS PGLCET 2018 Admit card will only be issued to those who will fill the Application Form of TS PGLCET 2018. Candidates are advised to take a print out of TS PGLCET 2018 Admit card for future references and also follow the instructions inscribed on the back of it.

 

TS PGLCET 2018 Exam Pattern

Law applicants appearing in TS PGLCET 2018 are advised to read the Exam Pattern of TS PGLCET 2018. Candidates will be tested on the topics Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Mercantile Law, Labour Law, Crimes and Torts and IPR and other laws. The paper would be of 120 marks and 120 questions will be there in the examination. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

TS PGLCET 2018 Answer Key

Osmania University will be releasing the Answer Key of TS PGLCET 2018 on May 28, 2018 in online mode. TS PGLCET 2018 Answer Key will be available to the law aspirants which will also include the exam paper and the response sheets with the help of which the candidates will be able to cross-check their responses. Candidates also have the authority to file objection to any of the questions after cross-checking it with the official TS PGLCET answer key 2018. After cross-checking and rectifying, the university will then release the final answer key of TS PGLCET 2018 for the law applicants.

 

TS PGLCET 2018 Result

Osmania University will release TS PGLCET Result 2018 on June 10, 2018. Candidates will be required to login to their registered accounts and enter their hall ticket number to check their TS PGLCET 2018 Result.

 

TS PGLCET 2018 Rank Card

After the release of TS PGLCET 2018 Result, the university will release a Rank card of TS PGLCET 2018. For the same, the candidates will have to enter their TS PGLCET Hall Ticket number. To be eligible for the TS PGLCET Rank Card 2018, candidates will have to secure atleast 35% of the total marks in TS PGLCET 2018.

 

TS PGLCET 2018 Counselling

Law aspirants shortlisted as per the rank list of TS PGLCET 2018 will be called to attend Counselling of TS PGLCET 2018 as per the schedule that will be announced by the university. Candidates will be issued call letters which will mention venue, date and time of TS PGLCET 2018 Counselling. Candidates are informed that they need to visit TS PGLCET Counselling 2018 venue along with required documents for verification and well before the mentioned time.
