TS PGLCET 2020 - Osmania University will conduct TS PG Law Common Entrance Test (or TS PGLCET) 2020 on May 25 for admission to LLM courses offered by participating institutes. TS PGLCET 2020 will be common for all LLM courses and conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode. Test paper will include 120 questions which have to be attempted in 90 minutes. The online application form of TS PGLCET 2020 will commence sometime in the 3rd week of March. Eligible TS PGLCET applicants will have to submit completed application forms before the last date; note that there is provision to apply after last date, but with a late fee. Candidates seeking admission to LLM courses in participating institutes need to meet the eligibility criteria of TS PGLCET 2020. These criteria pertain to qualifying exam, work experience, nationality as explained below.
Qualifying exam: The candidate must have completed a 3-year or 5-year integrated law course
Awaiting qualifying exam results: If a candidate is awaiting results of their final qualifying exam, the candidate may also apply provided he/she clears the qualifying exam before commencement of counselling.
Experience: The candidate must have a minimum experience of 3-years as judicial officer or 3-years standing as an advocate on the day of the exam.

Nationality and domicile: Admission is open to Indian nationals who meet local/unreserved status requirements.
The exam conducting authority will release the application form of TS PGLCET 2020 tentatively in the 2nd week of March 2020. The application form will be available in online mode and has to be completed before the last date.
Payment of application fee and registration: To start the application process, the candidate has to register by entering name, email id and mobile number. After registration, the candidate will have to pay the application fee; payment can be made online or through online centres that will be set up by exam authorities.
Please note that the fees mentioned above are only if the application is submitted by the normal dates, or else late fine will be imposed.
Filling of application form: After successful payment of application fee, the candidate can access the application form which will have various sections like personal, academic and contact details. The candidate will also have to select exam centres; maximum of three centres are allowed in the order of priority.
Submission and printing of application form: In the final step, the candidate needs to submit and take a printout of the completed application form.
Osmania University, Hyderabad will release the syllabus of TS PGLCET 2020. The candidate by going through the TS PGLCET syllabus will know what they need to prepare for and what they can ignore when preparing for the exam. At the time of filling the application, the candidate will be required to select a convenient TS PGLCET 2020 exam centre. The details of the TS PGLCET exam centre allotted to the candidate will be mentioned on the admit card, along with other information like roll number and exam centre details. The test will be conducted at 16 Regional Online Test Centres in Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh.

Authorities will release the hall ticket cum admit card of TS PGLCET 2020 tentatively in the 3rd week of May. The TS PGLCET 2020 hall ticket will be available on the exam website and not be sent by post. The candidate has to download the hall ticket by entering log-in details. An important document for appearing in the exam, TS PGLCET 2020 admit card will contain details like name and roll number of the candidate, the date and time of the exam, and name and address of the exam venue.

After completion of the exam, authorities will release first the provisional answer key of TS PGLCET 2020 containing answers to all questions asked in the entrance exam. The candidate can use the TS PGLCET answer key 2020 to check their answers and thus calculate probable scores; for calculating scores, the official marking scheme should be followed. There will also be a provision to challenge the provisional key. The exam conducting authority will consider all complaints received by it before releasing the final answer key.
Following release of the final answer key, the result of TS PGLCET 2020 will be declared for all candidates who have appeared in the CBT TS PGLCET exam. The TS PGLCET 2020 result would be released in the form of rank cards which will contain information like the overall and section marks, and also the rank obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam.
Please note that rank cards have to be downloaded online and will not be sent by post.
To download the rank card, the candidate has to log-in to result portal using log-in credentials. In case the candidate faces any difficulty in downloading the TS PGLCET 2020 rank card, he/she needs to contact the Convener’s office.

General category candidates who qualify in the online exam will be called for TS PGLCET 2020 counselling. Since there is no minimum qualifying criteria for SC/ST, they may apply in counselling irrespective of their score or rank in TS PGLCET 2020 exam.
The counselling of TS PGLCET 2020 will be conducted in online mode and would include like exercising of web options, locking of choices, and seat allotment. The TS PGLCET 2020 seat allotment will be based on the merit rank of the candidate and web-choices entered by the candidate.
Also, document verification will be an integral part of the TS PGLCET counselling process. Only such candidates who successfully complete document verification will be considered for admission.
