    The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) will close the TS LAWCET 2026 counselling registration today, July 10, 2026. The online counselling registration for TS LAWCET 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes started from July 5, 2026. Eligible candidates who have not yet registered must complete the online counselling registration through the official website, lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in. The registration for TS PGLCET 2026 (LLM) admissions will begin on July 27, 2026. The TS LAWCET 2026 result was declared on June 4, 2026, in online mode. Candidates who appeared for TS LAWCET 2026 and have secured the minimum qualifying marks are eligible to participate in the counselling process. There are 3,866 seats in the 3-year LLB and 1,812 seats in the 5-year LLB available through the TS LAWCET 2026 counselling process.

    TS LAWCET Counselling 2026

    The TS LAWCET seat allotment is done based on the candidate's score, college preferences and category. Over 30 law schools in Telangana use the scores of the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test. These colleges offer 5-year LLB, 3-year LLB and LLM programmes. The authorities will also release the TS LAWCET 2026 cut-off for each round of counselling for each category and college.

    TS LAWCET 2026 Cut-Off

    TGCHE will announce the TS LAWCET cut off 2026 on the official website - lawcet.tsche.ac.in. The TS LAWCET 2026 cut-off will be available separately for each round of TS LAWCET counselling. Candidates who clear the cutoff for TS LAWCET will be eligible to register for the TS LAWCET counselling in 2026. Candidates can also access the TS LAWCET 2026 cutoff for each participating college and separate courses.

    TS LAWCET 2026 Counselling Process

    The counselling for TS LAWCET 2026 consists of steps such as registration, document verification, web options filling, and seat allotment.

    TS LAWCET Counselling 2026 Registration

    Candidates must first register online for the TS LAWCET 2026 counselling process from the official counselling website, lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in. They are also required to pay the counselling registration fee. Candidates are required to pay the TS LAWCET 2026 counselling registration fee as given in the following table. The fee should be paid online through debit card, credit card or internet banking. The TS LAWCET counselling fee is Rs. 800 for general and OBC candidates, and Rs. 500 for SC/ST candidates.

    TS LAWCET 2026 Counselling Document Verification

    Candidates are also required to upload scanned copies of the various documents for verification by the authorities. The authorities would specify the time window for this purpose. After completion of verification, the authorities would then publish the list of eligible candidates.

    TS LAWCET 2026 Web Options

    Candidates can fill out the TS LAWCET web options 2026 online on the official website. Only those candidates who are included in the list of eligible candidates will be able to exercise choice filling till the last date. During the choice filling, candidates are required to submit their preferred colleges and courses. After successful submission, the candidates must take a printout of the submitted options for future reference.

    TS LAWCET Seat Allotment 2026

    The next step after the successful submission of web options is the TS LAWCET seat allotment by the authorities. The TS LAWCET seat allotment 2026 will be published on the official website. The seat allotment is done based on the candidate’s rank and the preferences submitted by them at the time of filling out the TS LAWCET web options 2026. The shortlisted candidates are required to report to the allotted college within the stipulated time window and complete their admission formalities.

    Important Instructions for TS LAWCET 2026 Counselling Phase II

    The second round is the final round of the centralised counselling of TS LAWCET 2026.

    The following candidates can participate in the second phase of counselling of TS LAWCET 2026:

    • Candidates who got the seat allotment in the first round but want to change the allotted college now

    • Those candidates who did not obtain a seat allotment in the first round

    • Candidates who did not participate in the first round

    • Those candidates who obtained seat allotment in the first round but could not report to the allotted college can also participate in the second round.

    • A candidate who obtained allotment in phase 1 but later cancelled his or her admission.
