The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has notified the TS PGLCET 2025 exam date through an official notification on its website. As per the notification, the TS PGLCET exam 2025 will be conducted on June 6, 2025 in online mode. Considering previous year trends, the authorities will publish a detailed TS PGLCET 2025 notification in February regarding the application window, admit card, answer key dates, etc. The application form window for TS PGLCET 2025 will tentatively open in March 2025, interested candidates can visit the official website to fill out the form. The TS PGLCET application fee 2025 is Rs 1,100 for general/OBC candidates and Rs 900 for SC/ST categories.
The Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test, or TS PGLCET, is a law entrance exam to conduct LLM admissions in participating colleges in Telangana. TS PGLCET is accepted by over 30 law colleges and universities in Telangana. These law colleges offer around 750 seats in the LLM programme.
The online-based, TS PGLCET 2025 will be of 90-minute duration. The question paper of TS PGLCET 2025 will have 120 objective-type questions, each carrying one mark. The topics in the syllabus for TS PGLCET are derived from various subjects of law such as Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Mercantile law, Crimes and Torts, IPR and Labour Laws.
The result of TS PGLCET 2025 will be released online at lawcet.tsche.ac.in. Scores obtained by the candidate in the exam will be used to prepare TS PGLCET merit lists, which will be then used to shortlist candidates for counselling and seat allotment.

The TS PGLCET exam instructions are issued to the candidates through the TS PGLCET admit card. Given below are some of the important exam day guidelines that must be followed by the aspirants on the TS PGLCET exam date 2025:
Candidates must arrive at the specified exam centre at the reporting time which is usually 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
Candidates should not carry any forbidden items into the exam hall such as mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators etc.
Candidates are required to carry a prinout of the TS PGLCET 2025 admit card to the exam hall which is a mandatory document for the exam.
Candidates must also carry a valid identity proof to the exam hall, such as an Aadhar card, voter ID, passport, or driving licence

TS PGLCET Telangana State Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (session 2025)
Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) prescribes the eligibility criteria of TS PGLCET 2025 for admission to the LLM programme offered by participating colleges. The eligibility requirements would pertain to minimum qualifications, age limit, domicile, and other such requirements the candidate has to fulfil for admission.

As listed in the above table, candidates must have cleared a 3-year LLB or a 5-year LLB in order to be eligible for LLM. Final-year students are also eligible to apply, provided that they submit their qualifying certificates at the time of admission. There is no age limit. Candidates also need to satisfy domicile requirements if they are applying under the local candidate category.
General and OBC candidates are required to score at least 25% in the TS PGLCET 2025 entrance exam to be considered for ranking. However, there is no such stipulation for SC and ST candidates.
In case of a tie in total marks, the marks obtained in Part-A of the exam will be considered for deciding the rank. If the tie persists, candidates may be bracketed together for the purpose of ranking, and senior candidates (by age) may be given first preference.
The application window for TS PGLCET 2025 will tentatively open in the first week of March 2025. Candidates will be able to register online at lawcet.tsche.ac.in. Such candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria could duly fill out the TS PGLCET application form and submit it before the specified deadline. As part of the application process, the candidate needed to first get registered and pay the application fee, after which the application form can be filled out. The TS PGLCET application form 2025 fee is Rs 1,100 for general/OBC category candidates and Rs 900 for SC/ST candidates.

TSCHE provides the TS PGLCET mock test for candidates preparing for the examination. The mock test of TS PGLCET 2025 will help candidates understand the online testing system and the type of questions asked in the examination. Candidates are allowed to attempt the TS PGLCET 2025 mock test multiple times, for free of cost.

The TS PGLCET admit card 2025 will tentatively be released in online mode in the last week of May 2025. The admit card will be available for download at the TSCHE portal. The TS PGLCET 2025 hall ticket mentions information like the date and time of the TS PGLCET exam, roll number, and details of the allotted exam centre. Candiates are required to carry the TS PGLCET admit card with them to the exam centres.
The TS PGLCET 2025 provisional answer key will be released in online mode. Candidates will be allowed to submit the objections till the speciied date. The final answer key of TS PGLCET 2025 will be released after considering all the valid objections. The TS PGLCET answer key 2025 will contain official answers to all the questions asked in the examination. Therefore, by comparing their answers with those given in the answer key, one will be able to calculate estimated scores and thus chances of admission.
The authorities will declare the TS PGLCET result 2025 online in the form of individual rank cards. Candidates can expect the result of TS PGLCET 2025 tentatively in the second week of June 2025. It contains details like the qualifying status of the candidate along with the sectional and total score and rank. Based on entrance exam scores, TS PGLCET merit lists will also be prepared, which will be used to shortlist candidates for counselling and seat allotment process.
Officials will also release TS PGLCET rank cards along with the result or sometime thereabout.
The TS PGLCET 2025 counselling will be conducted in online mode. Candidates who have obtained more than the qualifying marks in the TS PGLCET 2025 exam will be eligible to appear in the counselling. The TS PGLCET counselling is the last stage of the admission process, during which around 30 law colleges will come together to offer approximately 750 seats. Candidates must upload the prescribed documents in the specified size for verification and pay the counselling registration fee. The allotment of seats will be based on the merit rank of the candidate, the TS PGLCET web options opted for by the candidate.

Yes, candidates appearing in the final year of the graduation are eligible to appear in the exam, however, such candidates will have to produce the qualifying documents at the time of counselling and seat allotment.
As of now, there are a total of 620 seats that will be offered through TS PGLCET.
As per the eligibility criteria, the candidate must have completed a graduate degree in law from a recognized university.
A total of 5,701 seats were available in the convener quota in ME/MTech/MPharm/MArch courses and for the Law there are total around 554 seats under the convener quota and since you belong to the SC/ST Category there are no particular qualifying qualifying marks or percentage for you.
Seeing the last trends, there are chances that you may get a seat under the quota but there can not be certainty as it depends as what is your rank in the SC/ST Category.

TS PGLCET is the short form used for the Postgraduate common law entrance test conducted by Osmania Universityunder the aegis of TSCHE.
There are total 580 seats in LLM via TS PGLCET. Since you are from SC category you have pretty good chances of getting a free seat. All the best.
