You cannot make the application fees for AIBE online. It can be paid only in offline more using SBI Bank challan at the nearest branch. You have to download the auto-generated bank challan of SBI Bank according to your Category and then visit the nearest SBI Branch atleast 24 hours after AIBE registration and pay the application fees. Post making the payment, you have to wait for atleast 24 hours and then upload the SBI Bank Challan and fill up the details like Journal Number, Branch Code and date of Payment receipt.

The eligibility criteria for All India Bar Examination requires you to have a degree in law which is LLB and also you dont need to be registered in a state bar council:

So as a general practice a law graduate who has enrolled under a state bar council can practice law without clearing AIBE for 2 years. You will have to appear for the AIBE exam after your registration with the state council and clear it within 2 years to continue practicing.
Since every state bar council is different in terms of fees and procedures so I'd advise you to contact the Odisha Council and get more info, other than that I am attaching a link for more info about eligibility to appear for AIBE:
