Education Qualification Criteria
3 year law programme - Candidates must have a graduation degree in 10+2+3 pattern from any recognized university with at least 45% of the aggregate marks or any other examination recognised as equivalent by the university.
5 year integrated law programme - Candidates must have a qualifying degree of two-year Intermediate examination (10+2) pattern with 45% of the aggregate marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University or the Board of Intermediate Education, AP is a must.
There is no age bar to appear in AP LAWCET 2020.
Documents to keep handy while filling the AP LAWCET 2020 Application Form
For smooth application process, the following documents must be kept ready before the candidates begin to fill the AP LAWCET Application Form 2020:
The mark-sheets of 10th and 12th exams. The admit card number issued for the concerned exam.
Scanned copy of photograph.
Scanned copy of signature.
Identity Proofs like Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/ PAN Card/ Voter’s Identity Card/ Passport/ College Identity Card (self-attested)
Caste Certificate, if required.
All AP LAWCET aspirants must follow the following steps while filling the AP LAWCET 2020 application form:
Step 1 - Click on the official below link of AP LAWCET 2020 Application Form. A new page will open to register with a valid email id and phone number.
Step 2 - A user id and password will be sent to the registered email id and phone number as provided by the candidate. The candidate will be required to log in with their username and password to fill-in the application form of AP LAWCET 2020; enter all the required information like name, qualification, course applied for, exam centre etc.
Step 3 - After filling in the required details, candidates can submit the application form fee through AP online centres or through Debit/Credit card (as per their convenience).
Step 4 - Candidates are advised to get print copies of AP LAWCET application form 2020 for future references.
The candidates will be required to deposit an amount of Rs 750 as the application form fees through any of the convenient modes of payment. Candidates could submit the application fee through AP Online Centres. The steps are as follows:
Candidates need to visit any of the AP Online Centres. They are required to have important details like hall ticket number of the qualifying exam, name of the candidate, candidate’s father’s name, candidate’s date of birth, hall ticket number of 10th class’s exams and mobile number.
Candidate needs to pay the fee and get a receipt for the same, ensuring that the receipt contains a Transaction ID.
With the Transaction ID, candidates need to click on the tab ‘Click here’ if paid through AP Online button on the page for Registration Fee Payment Procedure.
Here, the candidates will need to enter their AP Online Transaction ID, their name, mobile number and date of birth.
Then as the final step candidates need to click on the ‘Proceed to Online Application form filling’, which will lead the candidate to the page of AP LAWCET Application Form 2020.
Candidates could submit the application fee through Debit/Credit card with the following steps to follow -
The candidates will be required to keep important details in hand before remitting the fees through Debit/Credit card like the debit/credit card number, account number etc.
Candidate needs to click on the ‘Click here’ to pay online using their Debit card/Credit card tab on the Registration Fee Payment Procedure page.
Candidates will be taken to the payment gateway page where they may select the card type (VISA, MasterCard or Maestro) enter their details including a number on the card, valid thru date/year, name on the card, CVV number and Debit card security pin. Once entered, click on the ‘Make Payment’ button.
Candidates are advised not to click on the Back/Refresh buttons or to close the browser page abruptly while payment is in progress.
Once the payment is successful, a Payment Reference ID and a Transaction ID will be generated and will be displayed on the screen. Candidates are advised to note these details first and then proceed to fill the AP LAWCET Application Form 2020 by clicking on the ‘Proceed to Online Application Form Filling’.
It has been witnessed many a time that candidates tend to lose some of the details related to examination and later face issues during the time of admission. Therefore, candidates are advised to retain the following details as mentioned below -

6 to 8 copies of photograph
Application form number.
