CLAT: The Common Law Admission Test is conducted every year in offline mode by the Consortium of NLUs. There are 24 NLUs and approximately 60 other participating universities that accept CLAT scores for admission to various law programmes.
AP LAWCET: Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test, also known as AP LAWCET, is a state-level law entrance exam conducted on behalf of APSCHE. AP LAWCET exam is accepted for admission to 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB programmes offered by the law colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
The direct admission to LLB courses is done without an entrance exam, such as management quota seats in private law colleges, where eligibility is based on merit rather than entrance exam scores.
