TS LAWCET offers two law programmes at UG level, namely, 3-year LLB and 5-year integrated LLB course. The eligibility criteria for both these courses will vary as per their requirement. Candidates must read the complete eligibility criteria of the course they are applying for, and, only after fulfilling the eligibility criteria one should apply for TS LAWCET 2020. The course-wise eligibility criteria is given below.
TS LAWCET eligibility criteria for 3-year LLB course
The candidate should have completed any graduation degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% in case the candidate is from SC/ST category).
If any candidate has secured less than 45% in graduation, he/she should have passed any additional graduation or post graduation with a minimum aggregate of 45%
Students who are going to appear in their qualifying exam (final year of graduation) may also appear in the TS LAWCET exam. However, the admission to such candidates will be given only if they satisfy the above mentioned educational qualification along with the required aggregate marks.
TS LAWCET eligibility criteria for 5-year LLB course
The candidate should have passed intermediate with 45% marks (40% for SC) or any other educational qualification as recognized equivalent by the university or the Board of Intermediate examination, T.S.
Candidates going to appear in the board examination this year are also eligible to apply for TS LAWCET. Such candidates will have to provide proof of their educational qualification as mentioned above during the admission process.
Other eligibility criteria for TS LAWCET 2020
Nationality and Domicile
The applicant should be an Indian national and should also satisfy the local/unreserved status requirement as given in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order.
There is no age limit to appear in the TS LAWCET exam 2020.

The application form will be made available on the official website of TS LAWCET. Candidates will have to follow a few steps to complete their application process and submit it. Broadly, there will be following 4 steps that a candidate will have to follow.

Step by step procedure to complete the TS LAWCET application form is given below.
Step 1 - Application fee payment
Candidates will have to pay the application fees first. While the application fee for candidates belonging to TS LAWCET is 800, SC/ST candidates will have to pay 500 as application fees. There are two ways candidates can pay the application fees. One may pay by using TS - online centre or the other option is to pay viva card/net banking mode.
To pay using card or Net Banking follow thee below mentioned steps.

In the first page, click on ‘Application fee payment’
A new window will appear, where you will need to fill in your personal details and choose a payment type.
After filling the details, click on ‘proceed to payment’, a new tab will open containing the payment-related information.
Fill the bank and card related details including CVV and complete the payment by clicking on ‘Pay now’.
After successful payment of application fee, you will be redirected to the new page containing application link. Click on ‘Proceed to Fill application’.
Fees payment using TS - AP Online Centre
TS - AP centres are online centres for fees payment. Candidates will need to select a nearby TS - AP online centre and visit personally while carrying the following things.

You may choose your programme and remit the fee amount from the TS - AP centre
Collect the fee receipt from the payment centre. And it should have a transaction number printed on it.
Now, visit the official application portal and to fill the online application form and check the payment status.
Step 2 - Know your payment status
After completing the fee payment, candidates can check their payment by clicking on ‘payment status’.
By clicking on ‘Payment status’ a new window will open.
Enter the enrollment/hall ticket number and mobile number and click on ‘Check Payment Status’.
Upon clicking ‘payment status’, you will see the payment reference id and status as ‘success’
Step 3 - Fill application form
Once you click on ‘Proceed to Fill Application’, you will be taken to the application form window, alternatively, you can also apply on any other day by directly starting from step - 3. To fill the online application form you will have to enter the details like father name, mother's name, Address, Bank details, qualifying exam and other education qualification along with the 3 exam centres of your preference.
After filling the above-mentioned details, just tick the declaration block and click on preview/submit.
By clicking on ‘preview/submit’ candidates will be able to see their application form as it was filled. Make sure that every information is filled correctly.
Click on the ‘modify’ button, only if you find any errors in your application form. In this case, you can correct the information and then click on ‘Confirm/Freeze’.
By clicking on ‘Confirm/Freeze’, the application will be submitted successfully and a pop-up containing registration number will appear.
Step 4 - Printing the application form
After submitting the application form, candidates can print and download their filled application form.
From the pop-up note, write down the registration number for future use and click on ‘Print Application’
On clicking ‘Print Application’, candidate will be able to see the receipt of his application form, Now click on ‘Print’ or you can also download the application form.
The same application page can be printed again later simply by clicking on print your application form. Candidates will need to enter their payment reference ID, mobile number and date of birth to print or download the TS LAWCET 2020 application form.
The TS LAWCET application will be filed and submitted in online mode only.
There will be an online mode for payment of fee. Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card options will be made available for fee payment. Apart from this TS online centre will also available for fees payment.
All details should be filled correctly. Submitting incorrect information may subject to rejection.
While selecting the exam centres, choose in the order of your preference only. The first preference should be filled in the first option. Similarly, the other two centres should be filled.
The exam centres are subject to the maximum intake capacity, once the intake capacity is full, the centre will not be available for candidates to select. So, it is advised to apply early in order to get the desired exam centre.
Admit cards will be issued only to the candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms.
There will also be a short window to correct the application forms.
Late Fees - Candidates submitting late application form will have to pay late fees. And, the amount of the late fees will be raised with after every extended date of submitting application form. Last year the maximum amount of late fee was raised from Rs. 500 to a maximum of Rs. 2000.
This may happen due to some technical issues. If the amount is deducted from your account, wait for a few hours and check your payment status again. Otherwise, you will have to pay the application fee again, and the reference Id will appear in your display. The amount deducted earlier will be refunded to you.
