MH CET Law Syllabus 2018
– Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra has declared the syllabus of MH CET Law 2018 in the month of February 2018. The law aspirants appearing in MH CET Law 2018 are advised to take a deep look into the MH CET Law 2018 Syllabus for better preparation well in time. MH CET Law Syllabus 2018 will consist of the subject wise topics that will be included in the MH CET Law 2018 for admissions into the five-year integrated and three-year law programme. The syllabus of MH CET Law 2018 makes the candidates more confident in the areas they are strong and will also help in improvising in the areas they might fall weak. Moreover MH CET Law Syllabus 2018 makes them familiar with the questions and marks helping them to strategize their preparation with the right study material.

The syllabus of MH CET Law 2018 consist of the structure of the paper,  marking scheme, examination mode, timing and allotted marks. The law exam MH CET Law 2018 will be of two hours and will consist of 150 questions wherein the candidates will get two languages to answer the paper, English and Marathi.

 

MH CET Law Syllabus 2018 – Subjects

The candidates who wish to appear in MH CET Law 2018 can get here complete details on the subjects on which the law aspirants will be tested on. The syllabus of MH CET Law 2018 for five-year integrated law programme and three-year law programme is almost same except that mathematical aptitude is not included in the five-year integrated programme. Mathematical Aptitude – This section will be related to class 10th mathematics including time and work, algebra, numerical ability, average, Venn diagram, profit and loss and speed distance. The main aim of including this section is to test the law aspirants interest towards mathematics.

 

Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning – This section will include questions related to legal aptitude concerning the problem-solving aptitude of the candidates. The questions will be set on the basis of legal propositions and mention facts to which the propositions need to be applied by the examinees. Some propositions may not be true in the real sense and candidates need to assume fact of these propositions (propositional truth) and answer the questions drawing well-supported conclusions.

 

Logical and Analytical Reasoning – This section will examine the candidate's ability of logical links, rectify illogical arguments and identify patterns. The subject will include completing arguments, drawing well-supported conclusions,  reasoning by analogies, applying principles, and rules and wide analogies. It includes reasoning from a set of statements and rules and principles that describes the relationship among persons, things or events.

 

General Knowledge with Current Affairs – This section will consist of the topics such as Geography, General science, civics, economics, History (Ancient, Medieval and Modern). The main aim of this section is to examine the candidate's knowledge of the latest happenings taking place in the world.

 

English – This section will consist of the many areas including English usage errors (common errors, spotting errors in sentence, inappropriate usage of words, spelling mistakes etc.), improvement and rearrangement of sentences,  English comprehension and passages and Proficiency (idioms and phrases, one word substitution, improvement and rearrangement of sentences, fill in the blanks etc.).

Are we supposed to enter the final year graduation percentage or aggregate of all semesters for graduation % calculation in application form
