MH CET Law Syllabus 2025: The State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra has notified a revised MH CET law 2025 syllabus and pattern for both 3 and 5-year LLB programmes. While the sections and topics remain the same, the number of questions in MH CET Law 2025 has been reduced from 150 to 120. Other components in the syllabus of MH CET law such as the marks distribution and section-wise weights remain unchanged. Candidates preparing for the MH CET Law 2025 can check the updated MHCET law syllabus and pattern below in this article. The MH CET 3-year LLB 2025 has been rescheduled to be conducted on May 03-04, 2025, while the MH CET 5-year LLB 2025 exam will be held on April 28, 2025.

Candidates appearing for the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Law should go through the LLB CET syllabus 2025 and prepare accordingly. The CET Cell will conduct MH CET law 2025 in an online computer-based mode. There are around 140 MH CET Law participating colleges that accept the MH CET law scores for admission.
MH CET 5-year LLB syllabus continues to have a maths section. However, the number of questions in this section has been reduced from 10 to 8. Legal reasoning and logical reasoning section will have the highest weightage. Each of these sections will have 32 questions. Meanwhile, general knowledge including current affairs, and English will have 24 questions each. All questions will be objective, multiple choice type and the time duration for the exam will be 2 hours.

The number of questions in MH CET 3-year LLB 2025 has also been changed. While the subjects remain unchanged, the highest weightage is given to English, which will have 40 questions. The general knowledge and current affairs come second with 32 questions, followed by legal aptitude including reasoning, and logical and analytical reasoning, each of these two sections will have 24 questions.

Mumbai University has opened its application forms, under the Department of Law, for the two-year LLM program. The portable was made accessible for the applicants from the 3rd of August, 2024, and will be open till the 12th of August, 11:55 pm.
The applicants can fill out the form via their online portable, which is linked below for your convenience. The exam conducted by the Mumbai University for their LLM program is called the LLM CET exam, which will most probably be conducted by the end week of August 2024.
