All india bar examination has the following eligibility criteria as mentioned by the AIB.
This exam is applicable only for enrolled advocates. Enrolment number/certificate issued by any state bar council is mandatory for application to this examination.
And to get enrolled you are required to complete your bachelors in law.
So you are required to complete the graduation courses and get enrolled to apply for this exam.

The certificates are issued after the result of AIBE is declared and all the paper work and other pre examination work is finished. In order to get your AIBE certificate you need to login by entering your Email & Date of Birth However you may get the certificate in 15 days or so. After you have appeared in the examination and checked your result as well, please keep a track of the official website for the Certificate of Practice. Hope you get it soon and start you practice as well.

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) examines an advocate's capability to practice the profession of law in India . After passing the examination candidate will be awarded "Certificate of Practice" by the Bar Council of India .

Hi there,
No, for giving Bihar Judicial Services exam it is not necessary to be enrolled as an advocate, if you have completed you LLB from a recognised university, that will be sufficient for making you eligible to sit for Bihar Judicial Services exam.
To qualify All India Bar exam you need to score a minimum of 40% and as your result is showing fail and you have doubts regarding the same i would suggest you to give your paper for rechecking, Re-checking requests will be accepted from 05th Dec 2019 to/till 15th Dec 2019 on payment of Rs. 200 and the results will be given to the candidate within 7 days of such request.
There is no way to predict the chances of getting your marks increased or chances of them decreasing but, if you have doubts regarding the checking procedure then you can physically check your answer sheets by booking a time slot and visit the Bar Council of India premises as per the allotted schedule which will be informed to them after the Bar Council of India receiving the application.
