The Bar Council of India is located at Neeti Bagh,  New Delhi-110039. Generally the provisional certificate is issued by the BCI online however your certificate is for the year 2013 so you need to first of all call at Bar Council of India Office and if they do not respond then you will have to visit the office along with the necessary documents. 

It is possible...AIBE website says u can send an email to them with the corrections...please call them on helpline numbers.

As per section 24 of Advocates Act, a person shall be qualified to enroll as advocate if he fulfills the following conditions:
1. He is a citizen of india.
2.He has attained the age of 21 years.
3.He has completed his bachors in law.
4.He has paid the required stamp duty, which chargeable under the Indian Stamp Act,1899 and an enrollment fees payable to state bar council.

All India Bar Examination is a national level exam for which many students apply each year. Finding all the papers on the internet is tough.

so i would suggest you to buy a book containing the papers. It will help you better to prepare yourself.

AIBE, also known as All India Bar Examination, is an assessment test conducted at the national level by the Bar Council of India.

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is to examine an advocate's capability to practice the profession of law in India. The AIBE will assess skills at a basic level, and is intended to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law; it addresses a candidate’s analytical abilities and understanding the basic knowledge of the law. After passing the examination candidate will be awarded "Certificate of Practice" by the Bar Council of India.

AIBE will be conducted in 40 cities all across India. Candidates will have 11 languages to choose for attempting the examination. Examination pattern will be multiple choice question and it will be an open book exam. 

The application form for this examination will be available from 23 Jun 2019 - 29 Jun 2019 (Tentative). Do check out the official website for more details.
