All India Bar Examination is a national level exam for which many students apply each year. Finding all the papers on the internet is tough.

so i would suggest you to buy a book containing the papers. It will help you better to prepare yourself.

AIBE, also known as All Indian Bar Examination, is an exam which is conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) at a national level. AIBE, also known as All India Bar Examination, is an assessment test conducted at the national level by the Bar Council of India.

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is to examine an advocate's capability to practice the profession of law in India. The AIBE will assess skills at a basic level, and is intended to set a minimum benchmark for admission to the practice of law; it addresses a candidate’s analytical abilities and understanding the basic knowledge of the law. After passing the examination candidate will be awarded "Certificate of Practice" by the Bar Council of India.

AIBE will be conducted in 40 cities all across India. Candidates will have 11 languages to choose for attempting the examination. Examination pattern will be multiple choice question and it will be an open book exam. 

The application form for this examination will be available from 23 Jun 2019 - 29 Jun 2019 (Tentative). Do check out the official website for more details.

I believe you are asking about the certificate of AIBE. For procuring the certificate of license of the Bar you will have to visit the Bar Council of India Office and submit necessary documents in order to procure your Provisional Certificate.  The BCI office is at Neeti Bagh,  New Delhi-110039
