Hi, There could be two answers to your query.
If you are talking about that you got yourself registered for AIBE exam that was to be held in 2017 then on the basis of that one, you won't be allowed to appear in the AIBE-XIII instead you would have to complete the Registration for AIBE-XIII.
If you are saying that you got registered as an Advocate on a State Bar Council Roll in year 2017 then you are eligible for the AIBE which will be held on Dec 23, 2018.

A simple google search will provide you the question papers of previous years. Other than that, there are a lot of books in market that can be founded easily. (Check arihant Publications). Also, you can ask your Seniors to arrange the previous years papers for you.

According to the Schedule -AIBE- XIII Online registration process will come to an end on Dec. 10, 2018. Exam timing has not been mentioned in this, so one can't be sure about the exam timing, by the way tentative exam date is Dec. 23, 2018. HiiiI suppose there is some server issue as many candidates are facing this same issue. You are suggested to keep trying to download the admit card till the end of the day. Even then if the same problem persists then you will have to contact them via customer care service, details of which is available on the official website.

AIBE is an Entrance exam conducted at National level by the Bar Council of India.The exam aims to test the ability of advocates to practice law as a profession in India.
