As Candidate has to be enrolled with respective state bar council to appear for the AIBE and you are still going to appear it means you are not enrolled with state bar council. so right now you are not eligible for BCI Exam.

There is no negative marking in AiBE. 

Total 100marks exam for 210 minutes, 100 question with each having maximum 1mark.

Conducted in pen paper mode.

Candidates can download the AIBE Certificate of Practice from AIBE's official android  and iOS app. However, the online AIBE COP does not hold any validity. The online AIBE COP is just meant for candidates  to verify their details and ask for corrections in details like name, parent's name etc.

AIBE is constituted to assess the basic capabilities of a lawyer. It's  LAUGHABLE. An organisation who doesn't have its basics in place, cant answer the calls or emails and dont care to provide timely updates on it's own portal, fails to deliver COP's on time, How can such department assess somebody's else's capabilities or capacity?

This department failed on every front, they dong have any time lines or turn around time related to their deliverables. It is waste of money and time of upcoming lawyers. Hence, this department should be dissolved immediately.
