It is different in all the aspects. Similarity lies that all are for LAW studies. CLAT is basically a course after 12th for 5 year LLB program.You need 45% in 12th to apply for this exam.There is max age limit to 20 years for General.

12th or equivalent means from all boards like IGCse, ICSEand CBSE.

Must have minimum 50% across 12th or diploma aggregate.

Post completion of graduation irrespective from any stream or diploma, all students eligible for CLAT.

No age limit as well.

If you have passed class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 50% ( NLU Delhi Admission Notice January 2018 ) marks then you are eligible for AILET.

If you are a CA Final student, you must have completed your graduation. So, you are not eligible for an integrated 5 year LLB courses like the one which AILET offers.
You should prepare for the entrances of 3 year Law schools like Delhi University, Panjab University, MHCET,
