Hello,

As per the official website,it doesn't mention any dates, the official dates will be announced by the concerned authorities at the official website of APSCHE at.https://sche.ap.gov.in/APSCHEHome.aspx, you can stay updated at this site.

Meanwhile,the application form date has been extended till 17th April without late fee.

In Ap lawcet application 2020..it is noted that income certificate is mandatory and i dnt have ration card yet..i need a confirmation that whether both are mandatory for this application or not??and if not compulsory, can i leave both empty or unfilled in that application??

Dear student,

AP LAWCET provides reservation for candidates who belongs to Non-creamy layer Or any other reservation category, so in order to verify your income and status they need the scanned copy of Income certificate and ration card. If you do not want any benefit regarding ant special category than you may leave those columns.

Other documents required for application form of AP LAWCET 2020 :-

  • Scanned copy of marksheets of class 10th and 12th.
  • Scanned passport size photograph.
  • Scanned signature
  • Valid ID Proof like AADHAR/PAN card/Driving License/Voter ID card/ID card of school (self attested)
  • Caste certificate.

In Ap lawcet 2020 application, it is noted that income certificate is mandatory..but i dont have both the income certificate and ration card ?If it is not compulsory..can i keep those 2 empty or unfilled in application??and i need a confirmation that whether both are mandatory or not??

Hey,

Your income certificate and ration card is mandatory if you have applied for benefits and reservation category of the non-creamy layer or low income group or else these documents are not mandatory and can be avoided.

The list of documents required are:

  • The mark-sheets of 10th and 12th exams. The admit card number issued for the concerned exam.

  • Scanned copy of photograph.

  • Scanned copy of signature.

  • Identity Proofs like Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/ PAN Card/ Voter’s Identity Card/ Passport/ College Identity Card (self-attested)

  • Caste Certificate, if required

No those documents are not required for filling the AP LAWCET form. The documents required are

Hello Instead of selecting TS LAWCET form I made payment for AP LAWCET form can i get refund for the payment made

If you have already paid the fees for the application of AP LAWCET instead of TS LAWCET then i i  sorry to say it cannot be refunded or shifted for applying for any other form. The amount is only refunded in the cases where a candidate has applied twice for the same form and thats not your case

The cut off for AP LAWCET in 2018 were as follows category-wise for admission in Dr. B.R Ambedkar College of Law, Vizag

  • General: 140
  • BC-A: 318
  • BC-B: 451
  • BC-D:919
  • BC-E: 3658
  • SC: 322
  • ST: 539

2019 cut off data is not yet avaiable.So check the given cut off above as you have not mentioned your category.You need to score above the previous year cut off because cut off changes every year it may increase or decrease slightly.

There are two chances for you through APLAWSET exam.

  • 3-year LLB program.
  • 5-year LLB program.

Candidate must have graduated in the pattern of 10+2+3 format from any recognised university, need to have at least 45 % in graduation or any other exam valid as per the University concern.

if you do not have 45 % in your graduation degree so you need to have an adscititious graduation or post graduation with minimum 45% marks.

  • 5-Year integrated LLB program

Candidate must passed 10+2 with minimum aggregate 45% percent marks , if candidate do not have marks more than and equal to 45%
Then exam valid as per the University concern will be considered (entrance exam).
