Sri Padmavati Mahila Viswavidyalayam is a prestigious college which opens many gates of opportunities for it's students and getting admission in this university is an achievement in itself. But since it is such high ranked college it's cutoffs will also be high.

This year's cut-offs have not been released yet but you can always predict whether you'll get in or not by checking the previous years cutoff trends. According to previous years cutoff your friend doesn't have much of a chance of getting in this university.

But she might get in if cut marks decrease. But she should try in other colleges.
