I think it may not possible because of your mark, not for an age but apply for a night then it maybe helps to get night college. but getting a government college is a bit difficult.

Recently, it has been announced that all those who are going to write AP LAWCET must score 35% of the marks i.e, 42 out of 120 to be eligible. But, for the scheduled castes and schedules tribes, there is no cut off, which means they will be eligible even if they don't score that qualifying marks. So, yes, you ate most probably eligible.

As per the cut off for general category for LAWCET AP is 42 marks, you must have checked your score and rank which will be the basis of your admission in any collge. There are 50 plus colleges which allow admission based upon scores of LAWCET. If you belong to a category then you will get admission in any government college irrespective of your marks and rank.

I request you to check with the goverment colleges if your marks are above 42. If not then you can apply for direct admission online which will be beneficial as well.

While applying online you must submit all the asked details and while visiting physically you should carry:-

Hall ticket 

LAWCET score

AP LAWCET rank.

If you have scored 30 marks out of 120 marks [at least 35% qualifying marks] then are eligible for the counseling. In Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuram counseling of AP LAWCET 2019 will be held. The qualifiers can register and participate in the web counseling, scheduled in the last week of June 2019. A stipulated fee of INR 1000 [INR 500 for SC/ST] has to be made to register for the procedure.

The KLU College of law, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh has 120 seats for B.A LLB and 60 seats in the 3 year course. Hence, there are very less chances to secure a seat with this rank unless you have reservation in particular category.

Applications are available at V.R.Law College for admission through management quota without any entrance examination but if you are looking for reservation quota, sorry that is not available in V R Law College as the college gives admission to the person with highest score
