If you are asking about what are the documents you will be needed to carry with you on the exam day? Then the answer is only Admit or Hall ticket and ID card is enough you don't have to carry anything else.

In AP LAWCET, you have to upload some documents online such as scanned signature so that means you have to just sign on a paper and click a photo of it using any cam scanner app and then upload that scanned image with your application form. Best of luck for your future my friend.
