Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test

the eligibility criteria for this examination is as follows :
On the basis of Residence
Indian citizen who is a native resident of Andhra Pradesh
Indian citizen and whose one or both parents were domiciles of Andhra Pradesh
Indian citizen and whose both or any one of the parents had studied Andhra Pradesh.
Moreover there is no upper bar on the age limit.
Program wise eligibility :
5 year LLB:
Candidates should be minimum of 17-years of age at the time of the exam.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates are required to have passed Class XII or equivalent exam from any recognized state or central board.
Minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam is needed for students of General/OBC category to appear for the exam.
Candidates of SC/ST category are required to have a minimum of 40% aggregate in the qualifying exam.
For 3 year LLB:
A candidate should be minimum of 21 years of age at the time of the examEducational Qualifications
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration from any discipline and from a State or Central University.
Candidates belonging to General/ OBC category must have a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam
Candidates who are in the final year of college can apply for the program if they satisfy other eligibility requirements.
FOR LLM :
A candidate must have completed a graduation degree in 10+2+3 format.
The minimum qualifying percentage is 45 percent marks in the qualifying examination.
In case a candidate does not have a graduation degree, then they should have passed an additional degree/ post-graduation with 45% marks.
Candidates of reserved category of SC/ST category must have 40% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination

first of all want to tell you please be clear with your answer as you are not clear with your question as its not making any sense.
secondly want to tell you that if you want to appear for law cet then you have to clear your 12th boards exams and have to core minimum 50 % marks and also on the other hand clear the law cet entrance exam of particular university. And it’s not a diploma course it is a degree course.
And also if you want to apply for 5 yr course then you need 12th to be clear and if you want to apply for 3 yr programme then you need to be graduated.
also you need to be clear that for which university you are applying for as each university conducts its own LAWCET so that totally depends what their eligibility criteria is.
So please be clear so that I can help you easily and clear your doubts.

For AP LAWCET, for the three year law degree program, the candidate should have a minimum of 45% in graduation or post graudation from a recognized university. It is no bar if you have done B.tech or anything else. As long as you have 45% in either B.tech or diploma or both. you are eligible to sit for AP LAWCET.

The AP LAWCET exam is just a mode of entrance exam by which a candidate can get into various law colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The fees of the institute of the colleges will depend upon the fee structure of the college. Generally the fees varies from 12000 rupees 200000 rupees yearly depending upon the institutes.

Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance test is a means through which candidates can secure admission in law programs offered at universities of Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking about the eligibility criteria,Candidate need to complete 10+2 from a recognised Board of university with minimum 50% Academics.He must also score 45% of marks in the Entrance test.There is no age limit for the exam.No need to worry about that.LLB is a 5 year course.It is not that much hard.Anyone can study.just concentrate on the Entrance test.

I would suggest you opt for BA LLB as B.Tech would involve solving numericals involving maths of a high level . Law itself has lucarative career option .

As Far as AP LAW CET is Concerned :

The AP LAWCET has commenced with the notification application on March 11, 2019 . Candidates can submit the application form till April 24, 2019 without any late fee. After the submission of the application form by the applicants, admit cards will be issued on May 1, 2019.
Examination will be conducted on May 6, 2019 followed by the issue of answer key. The conducting body then announced the result on May 17, 2019 along with the issue of rank card and conduct of counselling in the first week of October.
There are 16 centres of AP Law CET in Andhra Pradesh only.
The result shall be declared on May 17th , 2019.
The exam paper shall be for 120 marks and shall be for 120 minutes .There shall be no negative marking. AP LAWCET Answer Key 2019 will be available in online mode which will give candidates an opportunity to cross-check their answers marked in the law examination.
Along with the application form of AP LAWCET 2019, candidates need to upload the following documents as mentioned below-
Mark-sheets of 10th and 12th examinations along with the admit card number issued by the board.
Scanned copy of photograph
Scanned copy of signature.
Identity Proofs like Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/ PAN Card/ Voter’s Identity Card/ Passport/ College Identity Card (self-attested)
Caste Certificate, if required.
Candidates should ensure to fill-in the complete and correct details submitted in the application form. However, the correction window will be made available to the candidates from April 27, 2019 to April 28, 2019. After this span, candidates will not be able to make any changes in their application form.
It is advised that candidates keep their login passwords of AP LAWCET discrete and not share it with anyone. Also, for security reasons, it is essential to log out from AP LAWCET portal after updating or filling or submitting the application form of AP LAWCET 2019.
In case a candidate pays the fees twice, the second amount deducted will be refunded within 7 working days by the university.

Andhra Pradesh state coucil of Higger Education has already released the application form for A.P on March 16,2019. And the last date to fill the form is April 24,2019.The AP LAWCET will be conducted on May 6,2019.Candidates who want to take under graduate law program have to apply APLAWCET 2019 and should clear the test. Through this Exam the admission is given to various courses such as 3 year L.L.B and 3 year L.L.B Hons.Through this an integrated course ia also available a 5 year integrated course for BA L.L.B,BA L.L.B Hons,BBA L.L.B and B.Com L.L.B
