Since student who have participated in 1st round willnot be eligible for 2nd round so you can hav egood chances of conversion

You need to cintact Authorities at Documents verification centres only regarding this and ask help. 

You shall need to write an application letter if askedand also bring all documents stating you as Minority candidate.Based on that you will b egiven Minority status if accepted by authority .
