It can't be said that in which college you will get the seat or not as it all depends on availability of seat so keep checking the website of colleges or go to colleges and check in person also.
You can select the college from given list of the colleges and based upon your rank you will get the college and it's possible that you may or may not get the college you are willing. So make a list and keep your choices widen.
