The Common Law Admission Test(CLAT) is conducted in English language only. The test is conducted in an online mode comprising of 200 questions including 5 different sections. The duration of the test is 2hrs. Negative marking is also present in this test.

NUSRL, Ranchi will officially release CLAT syllabus tentatively during the 3rd or last weeks of December 2019. But based on previous years' syllabus, this answer is being written. CLAT LLM syllabus has various sections such as Constitutional Law, Law of Torts, International Law, Jurisprudence, Intellectual Property law, Law of Contracts
