It is not mandatory to take Mathematics in 11th class to appear for 12th exam.But it will help you a lot if you have Mathematics in your +2.Because in new syllabus there are many topics of Mathematics which is related to 11th and 12th syllabus.

Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi doessn't offer LLB. It only offers MPhil and PhD in Law and Governance.

For LLB, you can try fo the following entrance test conducted by top universitites;

DU LLB conducted by Delhi University
