  • Qualifying exam: Candidates who have passed their Senior Secondary School Examination/ 12th Board Examination can apply.

  • Marks in qualifying exam: A minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying degree  SC and ST candidates need only 40% marks.

CLAT offers five year integrated law program based on eligibility of 12th education and LLM is based on passed LLB degree/five year integrated law program. CLAT is not admission for LLB program.

Hi,

CLAT is common law admission test. CLAT 2020 will be held for admitting candidates to undergraduate law.

As you are in llb you are already admitted to a law undergraduate college it is not needed for you to give this exam.

So after LLB you can give  AIALT entrance
