Yes you will have to provide your resident certificate in regards to your domicile .You have already done your graduation so now you can apply for 3 year LLB ,i think you cannot give CLAT as per the age criteria now.

I would suggest you to opt for any other career options rather than clat.

Because if you take one more drop, it will be your third time drop.

You may face problems in future for this drop years.
